To whom it may concern,
Today I decided I wanted five guys I’m a loyal customer there because of the quality burger that I get for a decent price. This incident shouldn’t have not occurred and the lack of training showed through 3 employees today including the manager who was no help at all and didn’t deescalate the incident. I noticed there was a prearranged fry already made and saw the the employee on fry duty drop fresh fries I asked if she could give me the fries she just dropped she agreed to my arrangement but I notice that when finishing my order she gave me the fry that was already prearranged and put it in my bag. I told her that I saw what she did and I asked her to cook my fries approximately to my order. She didn’t like that the cook became involved and they became both belligerent and aggressive. The cook threw my bag and informed me that it wasn’t going to happen and I can get a refund. I told her no I just wanted fresh fries and I wasn’t getting a refund and as a customer I should be able to get what I paid for quality service, she then lunged at me behind the counter trying to attack me with verbal abuse calling me a b, a fat a*** and noticed that I come there often degrading me as a customer for coming there often due to the great quality burgers. The employee on fry duty had to hold her back multiple occasions not to mention even she had to get held back from the manager him self for trying to attack me for taking a picture since the manager didn’t give me corporate or their names since I asked on several occasions. I did fear for my life and called 911 immediately because I felt he couldn’t control his employees and it showed. I did look up and see a camera and believed it caught the footage of what happen he stated yes but there is no sound. I felt he was covering for these two African American employees instead of reprimanding them for they disrespectful behavior. I asked him for a refund because by then the incident got out of control. I explained to Officer Tolmalhoff that these two woman where very aggressive and I was in fear for my life because one of the woman physically said she will beat my a** and she will get me then proceeded to call me a b* in front of the manager which he stated he didn’t hear anything. The officer got all of our information and as I was sitting waiting for further instructions the manager comes out and said I was banned from the establishment and if I come back the police will be called, I asked him for his name and he didn’t give me that information and went back inside. I informed the police officer and he even stated this establishment with disrespectful employees in his opinion is very unprofessional and the manager wouldn’t let him view the footage so he couldn’t complete the investigation he told me to call corporate and get this incident made aware immediately because as a customer I didn’t receive the respect that I deserved. And at this establishment one of the ladies had a warrant for her arrest and was arrested on the scene. I have already made corporate aware and yes this is a private establishment but with the service that I received I wouldn’t dare come back. I believe the manger banned me due to revenge for me calling the cops on his employees tryna attack me. There is no reason I should be banned for being professional and calm in a incident of two employees attempting to attack me and calling the police and informing corporate like I stated this is my first encounter and I have been to these five guys on multiple occasions. The manager is a white male Caucasian. I did not get names but I do have pictures of the two woman. And corporate is made aware and I pray something is done about this because this could of happened to any customer and have gone completely a different direction. Read moreThe cook was extremely rude and did not let staff know when our order was ready, leaving our order sitting behind the counter for 30 minutes.
He was initially rude to us when asking for the first order we placed online, we were not trying to rush anyone and we’re simply doing as the email confirmation told us to do AFTER the time it was supposed to be done. We had to make a second order to take to go. 30 minutes passed and we just could not keep waiting. We asked the cashier and they were completely clueless and said they never received an order with my name. They asked the cook and he completely ignored them. We were left not knowing what to do. I had paid for my order already. We showed them the confirmation and they recommended I cancel and place the order again. We were just going to leave when the cashier found our order sitting somewhere in the back. She was extremely apologetic and I could tell she was sincere. She said she had no idea the order was even done and we all realized it was because of the cook. I don’t know why he took such an issue with us and our order but I could feel the hostility from him. I also want to emphasize that everyone else was really kind and attentive. The cook was the really rude employee. Read moreDined in....BAD MISTAKE, I'm not sure if they were adults or kids but the staff ( excluding the older lady wiping tables off and the young girl with the glasses) were Horrible, using profanity, shouting across the restaurant, having private personal conversations going back and forth about who was working late. To the point were my companion and I kept looking at them in amazement that they were behaving in the manner, manager included (well the shirt she was wearing was black so I assume management) As I'm leaving the employee wearing the black shirt (who was the employee we continued to make eye contact with in shock and amazement by the employees actions) Shouts Thank you!, yall have a good day. Which translated, based on our experience in the restaurant meant glad you all are leaving, add the fact that as we ate our meal customers entered and exited the business and none of them were told to have a good day. I returned to ask was it company policy to tell all employees to have a good day, or were you just being sarcastic because we continued to look at you and other employees act inappropriately. Double down i asked for grilled mushrooms on my burger and they placed them on the bottom underneath the burger patty which made for some soggy wet bread.
