Nice public splash pad that can be seen right off of the beltway. No shady parking but a good spot to bring your kiddos. The playground is shaded and the equipment stays cooler unlike the other playgrounds around. Splash pad is nothing too special but it works especially for the smaller ones who may not be excited about water splashing them in the face or coming from above their heads. There is also a few buckets and steams that are bigger for the bigger kiddos and adults who want to play. Nice shaded area for the parents to be able to sit and see both areas at the same time. There is a small dog park to the left of the playground and a little work out area to the right. They have small bathrooms by the covered picnic area where there is also a volleyball net. One large grill and a quite a few picnic tables scattered around the walking trail. It’s sad the park is so dirty from people coming to enjoy it but not clean up after themselves. There are also plenty of shaded trees if picnic tables aren’t for you. Handicapped accessible parking...

There’s plenty of space for kids to run around, and I love how open and safe it feels. My boys made friends easily with some of the other kids there, and it was so nice seeing them just enjoy being outside. The splash pad is such a fun addition too! Everything about this park feels welcoming from the playground setup to the walking paths and open grassy areas. It’s one of those places where you can relax, get some fresh air, and let the kids burn off some energy.
We’ll definitely be back soon to soak up more sunshine and get a little...
