Pella Cinema — Attraction in Pella

Was excited to go see Impractical Jokers the movie with my dad. The first set of doors we tried to go into were locked, then we went to the second set of doors that were also locked. After going clear around the building those doors were unlocked. Got our tickets and went to go buy snacks and the two young adults and the old man were beyond rude. Especially the old guy working there. We asked if we could have an extra bag so I could pour some popcorn in their from our large bag and was told rudely “No, that will mess up our inventory”. Then when my dad went back to ask them for a different drink because the one he got was straight carbonation. He was told by the same old guy that they are closed and he can’t get another one. Will NOT be coming back to this theater and I don’t recommend this...

Buy tickets a month in advance to get to the show at start time, to be told it's sold out, to walk into a disgusting dirty theater, 3 of the people I bought tickets for, walked in to no seats to even sit in, due to teenagers "holding seats" Let the manager know that I had to argue with teenagers so that my two 10 year olds could sit and the manager never stepped foot into the theater to check. I have 3 unused tickets and yet there are not 3 open seats in this theater. We regret coming from knoxville instead of utilizing our own local theater. Will never make this mistake again. The snacks suck and are overpriced. The little kids in the theater can't enjoy the movie since the teenagers can't shut up and no theater staff will come in and remind people to shut up since this is a public...

My brother was trying to bring an outside tea into the movie theater and one or the old man catch him and told my brother that he could put the drink on the back counter. My brother just end up throwing away the tea in bathroom trashcan. Before the movie even begin the old man came to theater asking my brother if he still had it and we was all like no he doesn't. He made my brother get up and had him dig to the trash just to show him. It was degrading...
