I have been to this game-stop multiple times and EVERY TIME I come in to this store it seems like the employees here are incapable of doing two things at one time. I started coming to this store for the convenience of it being so close to my home however, the terrible customer service and overall lack of any kind of professionalism from EVERY employee I have encountered here has made me flat out refuse to go into this store for anything. SSEVERAL TIMES I HAVE COME IN AND WALKED OUT WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING after waiting for for 10+ minutes behind ONE other customer while the goofy brown haired stoner employee is chatting away on the phone and MEANWHILE, there are 1 or 2 employees perfectly capable of taking over for him just kind of hanging around the store and seem indifferent to the whole "job thing". And customer support over the phone is horrible and the wait time is atrocious . Do yourself a favor and never ever ever I mean ever spend your money here. Why pay them to give you a hard time? Why are you going to pay to be inconvenienced? If you're gona pay a company the least they can do is help and try to make the experience less of a hassle. I had a very unpleasant experience at this GameStop location due to the behavior of the manager, Luis. I was trying to purchase a new game, but he attempted to sell me an opened copy while insisting it was “new.” When I declined, he sarcastically offered to “make it look new” by putting it in a clear plastic bag and sealing it with tape—completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
When I asked for his full name to report the incident, he sarcastically replied, “Luis the manager,” as if mocking the situation. His entire attitude was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful.
As a paying customer, I expect honesty, courtesy, and integrity—none of which were demonstrated here. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at GameStop entirely, and I certainly won’t be returning to this location. I hope upper management seriously...
