DON'T GO HERE...Been going here for years(7), Well I used to and will switch back to another location again after this last experience, This one Frankly SUX BAD!. 2 weeks in a row the coffee was out at 12 noon asking why? and if? gets you an EYE roll worthy of this review. The employees here hate their jobs obviously or are not trained or being paid enough however I doubt it's the latter, they can't follow basic requests like "lightly toasted" or "cutting it in Half", The bagels are good at Einstein but the lack of supervision and moving with intent as well as dirty tables terrible attitudes and they act like they're doing you a favor. why? by expecting them to do their job, whatever that is. It was like a Chinese fire drill of chaos behind the counter. In most locations the cashier is one not musical chairs of three, I watched and waited and ate my whole bagel before the coffee was even ready and only one kind with 4 canisters just sitting there in disarray. it would have been NONE had I not told them They were on their phones, looking at the clock not giving a mind to even other elderly couples coming in and leaving without ordering because of the clown show on display. It's a Sunday each time and I'll drive 8 miles away to go to a better location this one is a dead man-walking store IMO. The owner needs to show up unannounced and see what I'm saying, no reason for this at all it's a great location to have, but like the hit show The Profit say's " The People, the Process, and the Product" make a good successful business this sorry place fails 2 of the 3. I would love to see how the profits on this location have Tanked I'm betting over the last year or 6-8 months. Now you know why. good...
Read moreIt’s been a long long time since I’ve been to Einstein Bagels, not sure why, just haven’t been in a while. A co worker of mine was telling me about the brisket bagel and how good it was. So i downloaded the app because i love my apps, and saw the country bagel and gravy. I told him i had to try that one first. Ordered on the app the next morning, first let me say the country bagel and gravy is downright DELICIOUS, and it’s so big. I couldn’t finish it!!! Had to save some of it for later. When I arrived at the location in Pembroke Pines, the store was so clean, staff was very friendly and greeted me. Didn’t have to wait at all for my order. I also ordered a ln iced coffee which was free through the app. Coffee was also excellent. I work literally two minutes from this location and I’ll most likely be a regular now because of the overall excellent experience I had, with the courteous staff, and the exceptional food and coffee I received at Einstein Bagels, Pembroke Pines. Wanted to add to my review, I visited for the second morning in a row. Had to get the brisket bagel..Met the manager Juan,,,really good guy and professional. If establishments had a manager like Juan..their business would thrive. It’s all about customer service and keeping customers happy so that they return. Juan fully understands...
Read moreI normally like this location for the quality of food, and the customer service. However, when I visited today and placed my order, I wasn’t informed that they no longer carried my order until after I paid and waited a significant amount of time for my food. Once their mistake was discovered, I wasn’t informed, but I had to overhear the employees discussing that they no longer had my selection. When I inquired at the register, the cashier told me to “hold on” for a moment while she rang up other customers. While I waited, several people who had come in and ordered after me were served and left. Finally, someone in the prep station asked me if I wanted them to change my order, but I had to ask her if they would refund me the difference since what I had already ordered and paid for was more expensive than the sibsituition. By the time I received my food, it was almost 25 minutes from the time I initially ordered.
My concern is not the restaurant no longer carrying my initial order. However, it is being allowed to order something no longer in stock, being charged for that item, then having to wait to be informed that I would not be receiving...
