Peach Cobbler Factory — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

If I could leave zero stars, then I would! The owner of this establishment is the most rude and disgusting excuse of a man that I've ever encountered. I am so mad that I am shaking writing this review! Not knowing he is the owner...I simply asked him what is the most popular item on the menu and he responded rudely by reminding me of the name of the venue then proceeded to say " would I ask KFC what is their most popular". I said sir you have a variety, and I'm only asking what people most enjoy and he continues to respond as if I'm bothering him by talking to him. Only to find out that he is the owner, when I asked why he was being so unprovacabley rude, and disrespectful. He kept telling me that he has pies in the oven as if I'm wasting his time...yet he was wiping down seemingly clean tables and there was an employee in the kitchen standing in the background listening🤔. He proceeded to ask me to leave when I asked again why he was being so rude and threatened to call the police on a woman who is non-tnreatening and asking him not to be rude.

As if I'm a threat, he tells one of his employees that I'm not allowed to enter the establishment...when I was standing outside on the curb making absolutely no attempts to enter. Every time I've driven by this place, it's always empty, so he should have been glad to get a customer that was considering patronizing his business. I am more than confident that if I were a man, he would have never treated...

Just left establishment order two banana pudding classic and two oreo banana pudding and a root beer soda. Anyways got the pudding wasn't amazed how it looked and one cup was half full. On top of that asked for my drink then the lady said she didn't ring it up I said how she she pointed what kind and I said root beer. She showed me a ticket and I no where is the original receipt. The lady never added the drink so now iam over it so I proceeded to the door then I turned around and ask for my money she said she don't know how to do it. What kind of foolishness is that and on top of that unprofessional. Who put individuals in charge and don't know what to do then she said bring the receipt back tomorrow I told her I work and you didn't receive my money yesterday. I drove far to try it you think iam coming again no first and last time for me . The cashier can't remember 5 items not alone understand the customer and it was no other customer in the building why you couldn't get the order right 🙄. Train your staff properly and I should have made them write on a piece of paper to give to there manager and give me my cash back. Cause that's there business problem not mines I should have called the police. But I been at work all day so agitation will been at an all time high. But they need to get there establishment in...

I was looking forward to trying a good peach cobbler and was hoping this would take care of my fix but sadly, what a disappointment. Started after entering and having to wait 5+ minutes before someone came out to the counter. Clearly she didn’t want to be there, took our order and then to my surprise it was to go but I was going to eat it in the store. They did separate the cold ice cream and somewhat warmer peach cobbler in two different containers which was good but the ice cream was rock hard (looks like it had been placed in the container earlier and then in deep freezer) and the cobbler wasn’t very warm. I was expecting extremely hot in a cup with fresh scooped ice cream on top. In any case the peach cobbler was just ok, nothing out of this world. Then it appears that at 4:30 PM on a Thursday, the Peach Cobbler Factory ran out of peach cobbler (the guest that ordered after me was told by the person at the counter). I can’t in good conscious recommend this place, but perhaps it is because they recently opened. Hope owner and/ or management take action to ensure future customers...
