China Taste — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

The house fried rice was not fresh at all. The wings were extremely greasy. I understand they are fried, but they should not be served with enough grease to fry another batch. Most places allow the grease to drain off of them a little before serving. The boneless ribs came in a sauce that was basically rancid oil and water with a touch of food coloring. They were flavorless and a huge disappointment since it is usually my favorite dish. The only plus was that they were tender. Kudos to the delivery guy though who was prompt and courteous. If only his work ethics could be applied to the cooking, the food may taste halfway decent. It seems they cook large amounts of food on one day and serve it throughout the week. I'm glad I live near a hospital because I will likely get food poisoning from the rancid grease and old rice. ell. There is no excuse for such poor quality at their prices. Terrible service I ordered online. Got a called saying that to have shrimp on the side it’s $0.50 (for each item) -family has shrimp allergies. I say okay fine. Order arrives and the driver asks me for my card. Fine they need to check the number. He imprints the full card number and all of the details. When I ask why he simply says it what I’m told to do. Okay fine. I call the restaurant and they answer the same question the same way. It’s what they do to prevent fraud. And then they say that it says it online. It does not say it online. When I go to look at my food the shrimp that they up charged me for is so small compared to what should come it’s the food. I suggest if you order to order and pay with cash unless you don’t mind then taking all of your card information on a hard copy with no protection. And that if your family has any shellfish allergies to order a dish that doesn’t include it. I myself will not be ordering...

I began going to this place back in 2017 with my mom because I had moved to the nearby area. The thing about this place IMO isn't just merely about the food production of affordable Asian cuisine. Of course I do commend them for their great food quality. the notable and unforgettable difference to me about this place is their exquisite customer service. they are very polite, very accommodating and grateful for your service. I had a period of cessation and hadn't been there in a while. Like 7 months passed and I returned back and they remembered me and my mom and inquired of her! They treated me like I had never left although I had expected them to forget. I will never forget that. for this reason whether I live nearby or farther from the arena.
