My husband broke his screen on a Friday night....of course it was bad enuff to be completly unusable.And the phone was used for business. And it is a less common version of one of the Samsung phones. We called multiple repair shops on a Sat morning and finally found one in stock here. *side note: we had called the location on 9 mile & he was SO kind. 9 mile did not have screen in stock, but gave me the option of going to this location downtown, or waiting a couple hours & the screen could be brought to the 9 mile location for me, if it was easier for us.

We brought the phone in, both guys were really nice & promised the phone in 30-40 minutes.

I received a text 45 min later that the phone was repaired & it has been working great for the past 2 weeks.

Update: Brian continued to check on the stock of the part that I needed and was able to obtain one. I finally got my screen replaced today and it's like a brand new phone! I dropped it off around 3:30 and was ready for pickup around 5. Other places told me a minimum of 4 hours. I have two other screens that I will definitely take to them when I get the chance.

I haven't actually been able to use their services, this is due to the part I'm needing being out of stock everywhere. However, Brian has reached out to me multiple times this past week to let me know that he's followed up and it still seems to be out of stock. I appreciate him keeping me in the loop, when most people would have told me to just call back. I hope that I am able to use them when...

Needed my iPhone 13 screen repaired the guy told me it was going to be a lcd screen so I didn’t except the screen to be amazing colors wise. But when I got the phone, the screen doesn't even match the dimensions of the phone. It has the wrong notch and doesn't even fill out the while screen. I tried to tell the guy this is the wrong display and he argued with him for awhile but I didn’t have the time to argue with him, later called him on the phone and he was super rude and combative and kept interrupting.
