Cloud Nine Bridal Boutique — Attraction in Peoria

We drove 2 hours here to find my dress. As a plus size bride, the worry is always about the selection of plus size dresses to try on. A lot of bridal boutiques will be “plus size inclusive” but truly have 10-15 dresses in plus size sample gowns to actually try on while all others are able to be shipped in plus size. Marissa who I spoke with on the phone inquiring about plus size selection was 10/10 super nice, and reassured me they had a selection to try on. I cancelled my appointment at wild rose bridal to come here instead. Taylor the bridal stylist I had was super nice to me, she definitely has the brides back and I felt super comfortable with her. The second dress I tried on ended up being the one! I feel like the pricing is fair, and the selection I tried on was great. She stayed within my budget and asked before trying dresses if there was any wiggle room in budget. They had dresses already in the room ready for me to try on prior to my arrival based off of photos I sent them for inspiration. The setup of the try on suites was nice and the facility was clean. You can tell they truly do strive to provide a great experience and make you as the bride feel special and welcome. The Polaroid picture wall was super cute!

If there was one thing I could change, it would be that I didn’t have the opportunity to look at dresses on the racks on my own. I understand not allowing family to pick dresses 100% because having family/friends/bride all choosing dresses can be a bit much and difficult to come to an agreement. But, it was a bit odd as the bride I wasn’t able to look through dresses and pull some of my own compared to all other experiences I’ve had elsewhere with my friends and for myself. That’s honestly a HUGE part of the experience dress shopping in my opinion, the only reason it didn’t bother me here was partially due to the fact it wasn’t my first time trying on dresses so I already knew what I was looking for to some extent. I was also too shy to say something about it at the store so that is my own error.. And as a side note, I paid $100 extra for the Robes & Rose appointment, to which I only got the non alcoholic rose. I did not get the robe, confetti popper, and I didn’t use the entire extended appointment slot (I was only there 45 minutes total) so I truly threw $100 in the trash but aye it is what it is I guess and I truly should’ve considered not paying for that to begin with because a confetti popper and robe is probably only like $10 if I had to guess lol. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with my stylist Marissa. From the moment we met, her warm and positive attitude made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Trying on wedding dresses can feel intimidating, but Marissa made sure I never felt embarrassed or self-conscious for a second. Each stylist on the floor was so kind, gave positive feedback or compliments every time you stepped out in a dress.

I commend the owner of this shop on the way she runs her business. It is truly inspiring, creating an environment where both brides and employees feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. It’s clear that she hires with intention, bringing on a team of stylists who are not only skilled but also kind, supportive, and passionate about what they do.

I had one of the best experiences at Cloud Nine Bridal with Olivia S. !! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a big smile and taken back to start our dress shopping!! She wanted to know who was with me and took time to speak with them, as well as myself and wanting to know all the things about the wedding and engagement!!

She was so prepared and had dresses picked out already when I arrived base off of tbe inspo I had sent her! Not only she have amazing options to choose from, but also kept finding more to try and top the one I loved most! She wanted to make sure I found the dress of my dreams! She was so polite and sweet making me feel comfortable and beautiful while trying each dress on! After trying a handful of dresses on we went back to the one I loved and I said "yes" to the dress!!

After choosing a dress she made sure to grt me sized and order the correct dress, while also making sure it would arrive in time for the big day. She also went over all the options to choose from for dress packages and what they included! After we finished going over everything she made sure to get picture of myself and those who came with me! She made it such a fun experience! I would highly recommend Cloud Nine for your bridal dress experience!!
