The Kármán Line is an imaginary border 62 miles above sea level. Crossing this line represents the entry point to outer space. Wow wireless soars far beyond this line leaving the earths stratosphere and atmosphere a distant spec in a galactic rear view mirror. In short they are out of this world. I have had my phone repaired here numerous times. The screen has been annihilated by my refusal to use a phone case. This negligence( one that has been addressed by the staff of wow wireless) has caused me to constantly bring my phone back. There’s even been an instance or two were the back was also shattered. They simply sent me off to their Sister headquarters in Menifee where it was fixed it. As time moved on beloved phone unfortunately stopped functioning due to It’s motherboard overheating beyond repair. Any other phone repair shop would simply try to sell me one of their phones to replace my fallen gadget. However wow wireless is not just any other phone repair shop. They literally talked me out of buying a phone from them so I could buy I phone via my data provider which ultimately would save me in cost. I have sunk enough money into my previous phone that I could’ve bought another one multiple times over. Each time wow wireless insisted I get a phone case or mentioned that I would be better off buying a new phone altogether. The levels of empathy combined with the professionalism I have experienced here has moved me in such a way that if this shop and its employees were to manifest itself into a physical body I would happily embrace them in a hug that is comparable to the hugs given by Barney the dinosaur to a generation full of happy go lucky millennials. My heart which pitter patter’s the pure essence of love was moved by there token of kindness. Many go here because of all the handsome gentleman or due to the several gorgeous women whom work here. However true as this may be, it’s not the only beauty that comes from the souls of whom operate the shop. The attention to detail, the kindness and courtesy they treat complete strangers with, the excellent work they do, and the immaculate results they achieve is the real gem that this humble repair shop offers. This morning I needed an emergency battery replacement on my Samsung s6 I called WOW. The gal that I talked with on the phone at 10:00 said that she had one in stock and it would be $55.00 and would take at least 2 hours to install. I told her that I was in a time crunch and would drive directly there. She said it wouldn't be ready until the early afternoon. I drove 45 minutes out of my way and arrived at 10:45 and was told then that she said $65.00 and that it wouldn't be ready until 5:00 or 6:00 but no guarantees that it would be ready for sure. When I challenged the employee about the different information that she gave me on the phone she kept saying that, "I would never say that!" I told her that I would make this review and she said, " that's ok, I can respond to your review."

FYI I left the store and called A to Z Cell Phone Repair in Temecula, CA. 45 minutes after arriving I walked out with a new battery installed for only $52.00. Now...

Brought in my sons 6S plus for a replacement screen. Arrived early evening, approx 6pm, with a very reasonably priced Groupon in hand, and had the phone back, fully repaired in about 30 minutes. We even got a free gel case at the time of pickup as it was a part of the Groupon promo. Great service from Elizabeth. She’s extremely personable, courteous, and can put you at ease in what can be a somewhat anxious moment. The warranty could be a bit longer as 30 days is short but it’s not a deal breaker. Yelp reviews weren’t great, but Google and Groupon reviews were stellar. We took a chance and so far I’d say it’s a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
