Such a bad experience this morning 06/21/2033! I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am with Erik ( the owner of the barbershop) while I was about to walk in a few minutes before my appointment Erick messaged advising that he was running behind and my new appointment time was for 10:15 AM I told him that was fine. I walked in at 10:10 AM & he said give me a few, I’ll help you out right now. I waited until 10:30 before I decided to talk out for 3 reasons. While cutting the customers hair he was just talking to the other barbers & his client looked frustrated! Second- all that effort on his conversation could have been applied to his haircut because that fade was just messy( a picture has been attached). Third- when a customer books an appointment, the expectation is for the barber to be on time. Read moreEnvironment was nice, two stars. Workers looked a bit skeptical about new arrivals, new faces. Got a hair cut last week. A kid with a bunch of gold chains and rings cut my hair, claimed they were, "the best barber shop in town." Having doubts about that claim. Well at least the kid's hair cut game was super weak. Left my hair all messed up, uneven and unfinished. Before paying him I asked if he liked his own work, which he replied, "hell yeah." I paid and tipped him good, because of him I will not be a returning customer. When the people are unprofessional it only means that my money isn't wanted there. When you think you can hustle people with half effort, that's when you start to lose business. Teach your young recruits that they are easily replaceable when they are lazy workers. Read moreUnfortunate experience I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment (appt. time: 1:45) and patiently waited after being checked in. Time passed by and they took 3 other people ahead of me (walk-ins) for the convenience of a “familiar face”. I was not acknowledged or provided another option for a barber other than who I was scheduled for. They assume silence as acceptance to your inconvenience; I walked out at 2pm without being serviced. I hope they learn to strategize a better customer service plan and pay attention to prospective clients (who more than often, tip very well).
