11/19 Update 2: since the owner decided to respond to my negative review almost 3 months later let’s touch on what they said:

I could not return in their time frame, I waited 1/2 the time to receive the couches after tons of unprofessional run around.

They never came out to inspect the couches for the defects we mentioned. So the claim of “warranty issues” is invalid.

This is not a registered business with the BBB. You will not get your money back. They are scammers with a rented warehouse.

DO NOT STOP HERE. UPDATE: after waiting 3+ weeks for the couch and having the run around by phone we are still disappointed. We stated that delivery was subpar and they refunded us the fee. But now after having the couches a month, the quality is below average. You can feel the wood in the seat which makes it uncomfortable. These are cheaply made. When calling to see if we could return them with a restocking fee we were declined because it “isn’t a defect”. And that if it was within 60 days we would be able to return them. But since we are over that they wouldn’t return them. We waited half that time for them to be delivered! The couches we ordered weren’t the same ones we sat on when we were on the showroom floor. bad bad customer service, they deliver me a damaged dinning table, and they didn't want to refund me, asked for full refund, they didn't, the sales agent had a bad attitude, he charged me for cancellation fees and also wanted me to still pay for the delivery, when I say no he said to me dont scream at me, I was like really, after you sent me a broken dinning table that I spent $1300 on a table.
