We went specifically for the Harry Potter experience. We did see things that we enjoyed very much - it just wasn't as interactive as we thought it would be. My biggest problem had nothing to do with the museum itself, or the staff (very helpful), but rather people not paying attention to their kids. A boy and girl (I'd say at least 8-9 years old) running freely, bumping into people, yelling... and the mothers just standing there talking. It's suppose to be fun, yes. Very cool place to bring the kids. Lots of hands on interactive exhibits. A walk through version of the heart, lungs, and brain are a sure crowd pleaser. The planetarium is ok, hard wooden benches spaced out for Covid, not easy to look straight up. A lot of the exhibits are closed due to covid some include the sports center, air show, and the imax theater. The only place to get food is small Cafe in the lobby. The science store is open and ready to take your money! Overall a great experience especially the Ben Franklin electrical exhibits,...
