I stayed at The Logan Hilton Curio Collection Hotel for the first time on my Birthday weekend. I stayed from 3.16.2023 to 3.20.23. During my stay, several mishaps happened. Here's the breakdown: I didn't know upon checking in tht there was a nightly security/incident fee. The person who booked me never mentioned it. The manager let me put 2 nights down so tht helped a little to ease up my funds. Then my rooms thermostat wasnt heating up the room so they had to switch my room in the middle of the night. Then, the new room had mold/dirt in the refrigerator so they gave me a new fridge. THEN, the Spa thts in the hotel mixed up my dates BUT they were able to fit me in abd gave me a few services tht normally you have to pay for. I also got a discount fir the mixup. I say all that to say this... with ALL the mixups and hiccups that happened, I was accommodated so well and received A1 treatment the whole time. The staff has the BEST bedside manner I've ever encountered. The rooms were clean, well stocked with all the needed necessities and there was no weird smells or noise at all. There are many things to do thts inside the hotel like swimming, gym, breakfast cafe and several restaurants and bars. All amazing places. How they train their staff is amazing, I was highly impressed. I even booked an extra night and was given my same rate with no incidental fee. The Logan is definitely an A1 hotel with Grade A service and staff to be there for you. Thts more important then anything else. How they treat you when things go wrong, they take accountability and immediately fix it. Its a beautiful atmospheric hotel on the parkway. It's definitely a...

Read moreLoved passing by this beautiful park and its huge fountain
Loved the large space with grass and trees offering some shade, perfect for picnics and to enjoy the breeze - a very interactive park
The fountain was lovely and very refreshing, at the start when we got there there werent that many people, but later on we started seeing kids going inside the fountain - so we thought it was ok to have one of our doggies go inside too since it was a very warm day...
We are still unsure if that was ok because there was only one sign saying not to swim inside of the fountain (not to not get in) - and it was actually full of kids and adults afterwards 😅
Maybe some signaling on that could be useful to avoid any awkward scenarios
Other than the signaling - LOVELY PARK - would definitely love to pass by again with my doggies and recommend visitors to pass by (its not a park where you can stay long...
