After breaking down on the Pennsylvania Turnpike from a bad battery in a Newly purchased vehicle. I was jumped by turnpike employee and drove to this store. The young lady that waited on me tested my battery and altery said I needed a new battery. I bought a battery. Post covers. A Set of wipers she installed the battery and wipers.. Was told I needed shims on the battery. Never heard of shims on a battery, neither did my mechanic when I got home. After breaking down from my battery again, on the way home. The young lady bent the posts for my battery, they had to be replaced. Additionally I was overcharged on everything asked for least exspensive items. The wiper blades were installed incorrectly She installed them incorrectly. Had to be replaced within a week. Also found out when I went to my local store, she never reimbursed me for the core of battery. Charged battery & wipers were the most expensive after asking for cheapest. Post covers were unnecessary.Cost me $140 repair for broken posts and $40 core refund never refunded. Never had a problem with my local store. This PA store employee took advantage of my urgent situation and basically robbed me of my core refund. If I did not receive the refund.,Then who did? Disgusted. Also oil was on the floor I almost fell, So watch your step. Additionally Have not been refunded for the damage she caused or core refund. The store owner has refused to contact me. Avoid this location. I don't know if it was the employee bor locations idea to scam the customer price gauging. I even gave her a tip. Cause she said she was a single mother barely making it. I was broke down out of state hundreds of miles from home, with my two children and two cats for a short family trip. They should be ashamed of themselves. Making people feel pity for them while...
