Hair Cuttery — Attraction in Philadelphia

Are they reschedule you when they mess up with other customers but today I went there for my appointment for 1130 and come to find out the person who took my appointment didn’t listen to anything. I said I want it done or the reference that I gave her about the other hairstylist put in my information in the computer so the next hairstylist would know what I get done and she asked me confirmed my appointment and then when I got there today I was told that they don’t have enough time to do my appointment because the person who put in the appointment put in the wrong information and then like no one will take accountability for it until I literally said it would be nice if somebody apologize for messing up and then she shouted oh, I take accountability for it, but like it was not genuine because they obviously did not care about if I got it done today for the wedding I had to go to at 5 o’clock. Honestly I kept having faith in this place because I went to a different location before and my stylist did such a good job. But at this location, I feel like the stylists don't even know what they're doing. I am someone with 4c hair and wanted a silk press done. Not only were they not able to do it, they had me know that reducing the price, which was still overpriced, with whatever they had done in my hair should work. I agreed only because I had a party to attend and I was running late, it was then that I decided I'd never get my hair done at this location on Grant Ave again. But my boyfriend usually gets his edges straightened up there, and today they did the most horrible job at doing his hair. This is not them not knowing how to do a man's hair cut, this is just straight up lack of consideration, professionalism, and skills. My name's Amber. I had such a great experience with Ariel! I couldn't have asked for a more understanding, kind, considerate, and all around awesome hairdresser. She went above and beyond what I needed to have done. She managed to do everything needed to prepare me for my mom's funeral that following day. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me. I finally feel like a woman again and can wear my hair down with pride, after wearing it in a bun for 2 years straight while my mom was sick battling cancer.
