The worst place to go for jewelry 😠 had a bad experience with this place back in 2017 when i purchase a pair of earrings that where told to me they were gold that now happens to be silver 😠 when i purchased them the Asian lady keep swiping my card several times to then say the credit card machine was not working😠 as i was going to leave to go get cash something told me to call my bank when i did i had not been charged once but several times she than said that she would call her machine company and credit me which took several hours for that the clear my account. Not only that experience the Asian lady was not very polite. Her voice was escalating saying that she's been working for over 30 years and she dont Rob her clients. However about 2 weeks ago I dropped off the 1 of earrings because it broke and I was called to go pick it up after 2 weeks never was I once told but there was a separate charge to get my earring back to gold All Along I thought it was a 10 karat gold earring when I purchase it. When I come get the earring I'll bring the other one along with me since I was told to bring it so that they can shine it so that the color matches when I saw the earring it was now silver and not gold the Asian lady once again same one stated that the earrings were silver never gold she also stated where did I purchase the earrings because the earrings didn't look right. I replied to her that the earrings were both right there to her her voice escalated stating that I did not purchase it in there that she wanted a receipt once I grab the phone to call the my bank account so that they can send me the statement how much did you pay for them here when I told her I was charged several times she said it wasn't true I then said yes I did your credit card machine that they was not working you swipe my card several times and you also called The Machine Company to convert them that I was almost charged $400 to $500 for a set of earrings that were told to me that they were gold she then said show me your receipt I said I'm going to call the bank so that I could prove you she said if you prove me I will give you $1,000 as I started to call and I'm on the line waiting she pulls out with a bunch of the binders looking through charge cards that's when she realized I purchase them there she then started escalating her voice ask the bank how much did you pay I credit you I credit you I had to tell her several times to lower her voice when I proved her wrong that she overcharged me and swipe my card several time she was started yelling at the end of this the earring was one was silver and the other one was gold they didn't even match and she wanted to charge me more money out of my pocket to have the earring back to the normal color horrible place I would not recommend this place to no one I give it a triple zero...

Very very very poor customer service bought a set off of their display and it has not even been a month yet. I have gotten my chain and charm rewelded several times. I spent $300 on the set and I'm still spending money on it. I'm so unsatisfied and disappointed. never again will I buy from royal jewlers. why? The workers there have no clue what jewelry is or it's worth, all they do is just show you what you want to see and lie to selI it to u. I was told my chain and charm was 10k gold and was real gold won't have to worry about discoloration or have any problems because there jewelry is good quality, but don't u know I had to get my chain re dipped in gold because it lost its color from the repairs from braking in 2 different spots. I came to pick up my charm from getting it repaired again because the link snapped off so had to get that re-welded and when I came to pick it up noticed it was bent on another part and when I asked to speak to the owner it was a problem no one in the store wanted to help me and play as if they were dumbfounded of what I was complaining about and started to act like they had no clue what to do. when I asked to get my cash back and leave the charm and drive back up to the store when the owner arrived it was a problem for that easy return of my money. In result they kept me for an 1hr and a half for a simple refund that happened seconds later. If u want great quality jewelry and don't want to be cheated for your money I'd advise you, please do not go here they're a bunch of rip offs and I myself or family will never ever buy from here again. I rate this a no star but for me to post it i have to give...

The service that I received from at royal jewelers was certainly incredible. I have been looking for months on the right ring to propose with. I stumbled across this store and browsed through and was very impressed with the amount of merchandise they stock. Such a beautiful selection. The manager Howard helped me look at many different designs they carried in stock. I liked quite a few rings but wanted certain parts of it to be different. That was my problem in most stores shopping for rings. So Howard recommended maybe making a custom ring with all of the parts in wanted to incorporate into the design, I am so happy I went with that option! He is very knowledgeable with all aspects of jewelry from design to quality and craft. The ring had exactly everything I wanted and even when they designed it on the computer I was able to make small adjustments to how I wanted it to look. From start to finish I took only 2 weeks and also got an incredible price. The ring came with all the appraisal papers and GIA certificates. Not buying my jewelry from commercial jewelry stores anymore. I would have gotten charged way more for making this ring.
