The idea that I have been literally looking up in a physical, spiritual and emotional way. Recently, I started stargazing because I feel like I am embarking on a huge journey of discovering more of my purpose and BINGO I stumbled on this, The Universal Sphere. I worked out of the Comcast building and would often pass the building and tried to read the words scrolling across the ceiling from the outside. I was curious and today I gazed up on the height of the Comcast buildings and decided to go enquire about how I can get a tour. I was told that tours are no longer permitted but I was not satisfied with that answer so I decided to come to this building and I was told I could tour the basement ,1st and 2nd floors. My journey began as I was more curious about the Epcot looking ball and met one of the most amazing man Patrick, who gave us all the information and Wow I was completely blown away by the entire experience. I was given another gift and a reminder to continue being creative, build on my ideas and never stop dreaming! Thanks to the developers of this idea 💡.

Severely disappointing experience. It's a short video and doesn't do much to captivate your attention. Not overwhelmingly innovative or riveting. The special effects are similar to an I-Max experience but the build-up...approaching it's massive presence, walking into the sphere and taking a seat, gives you the impression that you're about to experience something incredible. They get kudos for a no-sweat ticketing system available exclusively online, and great, friendly staff. It was nice to say I did it, but most likely won't go back unless they come up with better content. Save yourself and take a look at the Comcast Experience show in the lobby of Comcast 1

Great surprise exhibit. I knew there was a sphere, and it took my group some searching to find it. The staff in both buildings were outstanding with giving us directions and information. It was very nice that the film inside is free, and there was no line for the next show. We were given a sensory kit for my toddler, just in case he got overwhelmed with the audio or visuals. It was a short but impressive experience inside, with a fun ending. I recommend and will visit again. Shout out to Brandon, the security officer that we ran into downstairs, for his above and beyond service. He made us feel very welcome.

A Mind-Blowing Experience at the Universal Sphere!

Visiting the Universal Sphere at the Comcast Technology Center was an incredible and inspiring experience. From the moment you step inside, you’re immersed in a beautifully designed space that seamlessly blends art, technology, and storytelling.

The Universal Sphere isn’t just a theater—it’s an innovation in cinematic storytelling. The spherical design itself is a marvel, and the moment the experience begins, you’re taken on an awe-inspiring journey that expands your perspective of what’s possible in our universe.
