JFK Nails — Local services in Philadelphia

I never do reviews but this place made me. I travel a lot for work so I go to a different place every time and I found this one on google maps, read the reviews and thought I’d give it a chance. First of all their costumer service is terrible, second the lady who did my nails didn’t seem to be listening to what I wanted. I wanted a simple only acrylic on nail (no extensions) French tip. I told her I always do longer but I wanted to keep the length of my nails (they were short) but wanted them a bit longer than my actual nail. She kept the same length if not shorter, my nails now look pink with an uneven French tip lines, I had to stop and tell her that some of my nails were shorter than others for her to fix them and still they’re not the same length. Cut my toenails so short I’m gonna end up with at least 2 maybe ingrown/hangnails. I didn’t have long nails before but she didn’t even ask if it wanted to keep them the same length or anything and cut them way too short. Can't recommend this place. Took 90 mins for a refill, just for my technician to rush my left hand on a basic french tip design and have it look a bit sloppy and uneven. Technician also couldn't take direction and started trimming my nails when I requested multiple times to keep the same shape and length. I had to use their file to even the rest out. Not much attention to detail nor care for my cuticles and skin during buffering. Not sure why they agree to do a design they obviously...
