Tran Nails — Attraction in Philadelphia

They need more staff working here or a way to let people call in to make an appointment. For my first time being here I did not like having to wait so long. Once seen I do like Chong and will only request him when I go there. The service he gave made me forget all about the long wait and he got me out in a good time where I did not miss my appt I had elsewhere. The only thing is he has to clean the nails better when doing gel services b/c when it dried I could see all the mistakes. The lady who do the lashes seems like she takes too long on one person but everyone there says she is good and its worth it. What they should change is they need to have more seats for people who are waiting and they need to greet people better and ask what they are getting when they greet them. If they had a book to keep track of who is next then they would be more organized and could call people name by the book and see the service they wrote down. Overall I would...

So happy I found this place, variety of different colors especially bright colors. I love the fact that they open early which is something I’ve been looking for, for quite some while and they’re on time opening up not like other shops. I had Tina do my feet which was good I just felt she could’ve did a little better as far as getting the ingrown nails but overall still job well done.
