I come here for recreational and honestly never had a problem. I became a medical holder in PA and ordered for pick up online and it gave me my 20 percent wellness discount. I come to the store for my 9am pick up. Once I get to the store I’m asked for my id behind a glass door and white girl with blond hair tells me I need nj medical not pa . I tried to explain to her it had me for 9am pick up so I was confused and it gave me my medical discount. I wasn’t trying to be combative just explain my situation and why I was confused She just kept saying ok and that they open at 10. I waited for a hour outside in the cold. Security guard comes out I try to hand him my ID and off the bat he tells me no I need your regular ID . Mind you the regular ID is in my hand so I proceed to tell him I am giving you my regular ID. He takes it scans it that it all. So I get to the bud station and explain to the guy my situation for a better understanding so I’m not waiting outside for an hour next time and so I can do things properly on the next order. He called over the manager explain to her he seen multiple orders for 8 and 9 am pick ups. she clarifies about the time and how it shouldn’t of allowed me to order that early and pa medical cards are not accepted and that’s cool as I told her I was just confused because the system recognized me as a patient: no biggie. My problem is she then proceeds to cancel my order and tell me she can’t honor my discount for my items. Highly frustrated at this point I explained to her not only was the other girl rude in the front but I waited for a whole hour for something that honestly if the girl would of took two minutes opened the door to hear me out and not keep me outside like a rabid animal talking thru a glass then I probably wouldn’t have had to have waited an hour in the cold and then proceed to get my order canceled once I get in. The other girl came over while the manager was explaining to me that aro pay was just a hold for her to just repeat what the manager I was dealing with said and again with her rude self in a conversation that had nothing to do with her. Any way They wanted cash for the pre rolls I had no cash or card to use being that I used aro pay and that was my trip to the dispensary. Empty handed spoke to rudely and just disappointed. I would leave reviews for your bud tenders all the time on the surveys because 2 of them are just nice and don’t mind taking the time . But seriously that girl who worked the front desk 9am needs an attitude check. Because next time I will reciprocate the same energy she gave out. I didn’t have a few instances with one individual who would give me attitude and sass for no reason until I was able to give her a personal rating then it was sunshine and rainbows after that. I had to always travel an hour to pick anything up and the hours for medical and recreational made it difficult. Every visit I planned on being there at least 45-1 hour due to the extremely ridiculous long lines. The line outside, the checking license point, to the queue inside made the experience feel like I was at Disney waiting to get on a ride. The place itself looked really nice on the inside. I don’t like that about 8-9 months ago they stopped allowing customers to use the restrooms. Some of us traveled a long distance and that just seemed bizarre. I recently had two dispensaries open up in my town so I was able to save on a ton of gas money and wear and tear on my car. The prices were for sure high, compared to ‘street’ prices. Their rewards program was nice but took forever to get a reward to use and you had to wait till you got to specific marks before you can use any points.
