All I can say is 'Buyer Beware!' I had no idea they only had a 1-star rating with the Better Business Bureau until I went to file a complaint. I wish I had checked with the BBB first. We bought a Loveseat recliner in March. Finally got it on June 9th. We paid for delivery. We had to go pick it up as, according to the salesman, they couldn't get their delivery people to answer their phone. ??!! True story. We drove the 2 hrs to go get it. A few days later both footstool releases stopped working. Longer story short, we've now talked to the salesman 4 times, as of today, 6 (six!) Different customer service reps, and 1 supervisor got involved. At first they told us they would just exchange the loveseat and someone would get back to us with the details. NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU! Thus the 6 service reps. Today I receive an email that says because we waited too long to file our complaint (??? Big words here!!!) the only thing they can do now is send a tech to fix it and 'SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO US' at the end of the week. Worst retail store we have ever done business with. Which the head board came in damaged and the love seat was unfinished. We are going on 2 months of waiting for these items to come in. The employees and management at the warehouse on Vanburen are very rude & unprofessional. I talked to the manager Brandy there and she hung up the phone on me. The receptionist Isabel was very unprofessional and laughed on the phone while i was angry. I told her that this situation was not a joke or funny in way, shape or form. I called the cooperate office that they aren't any more professional there. This tells you a lot about the service you get here at Ashley's. They don't care about their customers and hire the most low standard employees that need way more training!!! This was NOT worth the headaches....

They only have one active gate and people get all antsy and crowd the gate and jump the line with their vehicles. The warehouse staff was great, working as fast as they can. The receptionist looked miserable, make sure to bring your paper work and ID, non of this was mentioned at the actual store or via email. Calling the warehouse number doesn't work. Pay the delivery fee, you won't regret it. The receptionist says to inspect your purchase for any damage, only issue is eveyrhting is boxed up and all the boxes say don't cut, so you really can't inspect anything on-site.
