This store is so off the charts special that you want it to be a secret but it is too exceptional not to shout from the rooftops! It is a must! From furniture to art, gifts and home decor, coffee table books to antiques... you name it and they excel at the offerings. The staff and service are beyond what you could hope for. Friendly, informative about the pieces, enthusiastic (they know they offer special things) yet happy to let you take it all in at your own pace. It's an amazing space to do an event there as well. Trent, Dan, Kaitlin (spelling?) were amazing and the rest of the staff whose names I didn't get also matched the incredible vibes. I made several purchases, in various categories and to say I will be a regular and keep sending friends there is an understatement. Oh and prices... quite fair and reasonable for the efforts they put in to bringing special items from Europe. This is THE place to shop. There aren't enough stars to reflect how special it is and how incredibly well they curate...

We purchased a table that has been problematic from day one. Once it was already delivered, we were offered a small discount in the form of store credit, but then it cracked even further to the point that we cannot even move it or it will literally fall apart. We reached out via phone and text MULTIPLE times and even went into the store to try speak with someone who could perhaps contact the manufacturer and have them repair or replace it, only to be ignored. We had much higher hopes from the crew at Found and likely now have no choice but to get another table that isn’t dangerous due to the potential of falling apart on us. And that store credit that they offered remains unused so really we paid full price for a table...
