Arcadia Town Center — Local services in Phoenix

I live 2 blocks away! It has EVERYTHING you need especially with in walking distance! Fry's grocery store. Office supply store, pet supply store, Conn's furniture (rent to own) Target, Burlington, Ross dress for less. Chase bank, a full service Wells Fargo (in frys). Dentist, Verizon store, century Link store, watch repair/jewelry. Casual Fast food,: Five Guys, Chipotle, Schlotzsky's. Regular fast food,: Taco Bell. Sit down dining,: Applebee's, IHOP 2 Starbucks, (one in Fry's one in Target) AND a "real one" accross the street)) several clothes shopping stores, shoe shopping, there's a few other shops I believe theres a small mom and pop dollar along the Thomas side There's even a Costco with gas service too! Absolutely EVERYTHING you could want or need! Parking is ample and all the shops are close to park, walk, shop and eat. I've spend all day taking care of all my needs w/in a shopping center! I bank, pay my cable and internet AND my cell phone bills, clothes shop, lunch, groceries then 2 blocks already home! Can't say enough how great it is to have this...

I go here to stop at Safeway. But this Plaza has much more than that, such as Tutor Time daycare, Rita's Frozen Custard, a dental office, Over Easy, which is a breakfast restaurant, and other nice smaller businesses. It really gives off the Arcadia neighborhood feel quite well. The landscaping helps with that too, such as white oleander trees that line the outside of the Plaza on Indian School Road. The parking is pretty reasonable, and it's hardly if ever overcrowded. There is a very nice view of Camelback Mountain at this plaza. It's a much more quiet and pleasant place for grocery shopping. This place also feels much safer to go to then some other plazas just one block...

I used to live by this area for at least close to 15 years and the changes it has gone through is absolutely amazing. Everytime I come back to visit something new and exciting is always here to explore! Not to mention the beautiful mountain that is near so that's just an extra little bonus view on your experience at Arcadia! Lot's to do and many friendly faces that totally earns 5/5 stars from me!
