Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Phoenix

I went in with a coupon for buy one sandwich, get one free. I gave the cashier my coupon & ordered a Nova Lox sandwich with an everything bagel toasted. The cashier was ringing my order, she tried to scan my coupon. She told me I would have to buy two sandwiches. I told her that the coupon says buy one, get one free, and if it's not giving the discount, I'd like to see the manager. I looked at the register and noticed she had entered one sandwich and tried to scan the coupon. I waited a very brief time, then told her she only entered one sandwich. She then entered a second sandwich & then scanned the coupon again. It accepted the coupon and it discounted the sandwiches to the price for one. When I got the food, I asked the gentleman who served it, if it was an everything bagel that was toasted. He said it was. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found it was an everything bagel but it wasn't toasted. Big disappointment. The food was served In a timely fashion. Enough is enough. Two days in a row they got my order wrong. It's simple, an Everything Bagel, toasted with butter and Strawberry cream cheese or smear as they call it . The first time they put strawberry jam, the second time they put plain. Oh, and when I pointed out it was the wrong flavor, they scraped it off and put on the strawberry. Come on, really? This isn't rocket science. I usually stop at this store at 5;00 am on my way home from work. At this point I'm tired and really not in the mood to deal with problems. So this morning I'm on my way home from work, and I'm thinking bagel. But Einsteins has left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. And I'm thinking, what to do..... what to do, mmmm......... Just then I pass a Dunkin Donuts, and I think, mmmm, maybe they have bagels, guess what? They do! So I order my usual and not only was it almost a dollar less, I didn't even have to get out of my car, Drive thru! Moral of the story, Einstein Bros Bagels bad, Dunkin Donut...

Horrid experience this morning, and the "Manager" Brittany who told me to get out of her store and not come back was completely uncalled for! We where waiting in line to order and the woman in front of us was having an issue with the price she was being charged. $7 and change for a menu item advertised at $5.19, Brittany was called away from taking our order to deal with and started to argue with this customer, first the price difference was Tax, then when the woman asked how is there $2 tax on. $5 item, she said oh well we have new boards but it's not my job to put them up so I have to charge what the register says. At this point my partner and I spoke up saying she was incorrect she had to charge what the advertised price was. Brittany at that point got all indignant and argued with us that we where wrong. She obviously does not know the Law and could het her store owner in a truck load of trouble. I will be calling on Tuesday to speak with the store manager Kelly...
