I cannot express how much I enjoy having Freytag so close to home and how helpful every single one of their team members are! I’ve been going to them since they moved in near our home and have gone there for multiple things! New watch batteries, ring cleanings/inspections (to make sure no prongs or stones are loose!), ring resizing and also engraving for our wedding bands! No matter what I come in with they can always help and are so timely! Most times I come in the issue can be addressed there on the spot and the times when I have to drop off a piece I’m always in the know of where the piece is at in the process and never have to wait long for it to be ready for pick up. They are excellent at communicating! Additionally, I found out on my last visit they have an on-staff designer who can either help you create a new and unique piece from scratch or take existing pieces and make something new. Such an impressive staff and would never take my valuable pieces...

Chris and Bryan are so personable, creative and skilled craftsmen. Their beautiful men's wedding rings come with a spare for rough manual abuse. I grew up in the area and always knew WR Williams Fine Jewelry. Just days before my wedding I needed some help with my ring and went looking for it. What I found was Freytag Fine Jewelry in its place. I was slightly dismayed, but in need so I went in anyway. I am so glad I did!! They were extremely helpful and fixed my issue in minutes! When coming to leave a review I was so touched to see the new owners were friends with the late owner of WR Williams(his niece was close friends with my late brother and I, so it hit home)and I believe are honoring him greatly while carrying on his great service!
