El Sabroso Hot Dogs #1 — Attraction in Phoenix

Rude, horrible customer service. Came to get some hotdogs right now, took a seat at an empty table with 4 friends. The guy at a table next to us told us the table was taken, we looked around to see people seated at every other table. I asked him how many people were sitting here at this table he said only two, now if you’ve been here before you know the tables are made up of two tables that’s each sit 4 people pushed together. So we sat on the other side and made sure to leave the other table alone with the three empty chairs that were already there . One of the ladies who takes orders approached us and told us the table was taken, so I proceeded to ask her if all the seats were taken and she says yes even tho the guy at the table next to us JUST told us there was only two people sitting there. So we said okay and asked the guy at the table next to us if we could sit on the other table pushed together with his since it was just him and one other person and he said yeah it was fine. We waited 15 min, no new customers came and the employees never approached us again to take our orders. So we came to the 27th and Thomas location instead, MUCH better. You missed out on a good tip for being rude and lacking customer service...

Horrible. This place has really gone down the drain. Ordered 4 Sonoran hot dogs and one order of nachos It took over 30 minutes to wait on that. All of the bread was STIFF either from being overcooked or because they gave us stale bread. Either way. Unacceptable. The hot dogs? Skimpy. Skinny. Thin. The weenies in the hot dogs? Just grab some out of your fridge and make your own because guess what? it was exactly the same and was just as cooked as if I yanked a frank out of the package

The nachos? The jalapeños didn't even taste like anything. Not even vinegar. Not even spicy. Don't know what the hell they did to those The chips were stale The cheese tasted like a giant 3 gallon can that you get from "EL SUPER" The meat was noticeable at best

And what do I owe this lovely establishment for this disappointment of a meal even my cats wouldn't sniff it? Thirty bucks 30 T h i r t...

Originally thought it was a restaurant. So was a little surprised when it was a food truck. They are covered with a really nice awning and had tarp walls all around to block the sun. Plenty of tables and chairs and provided with different condiments. The people were very nice and service was excellent. My husband and i ordered 10 hotdogs and I have to say one of the best hotdogs I've had and the first of its kind that I've had. They were stuffed with all kinds of toppings I've never had before and cooked to perfection (I ate 3 and husband ate 4 with 3 leftover for another meal) very reasonably priced and definitely going to go back when the craving for hotdogs comes...
