It's A Secret Med Spa - Phoenix — Attraction in Phoenix

I was disappointed with my recent experience at It’s a Secret Med Spa. I had an appointment to dissolve my lip filler and add cheek filler, but things didn’t go as planned. When I mentioned that numbing cream has caused itchiness and redness in the past, the provider advised that I would need to reschedule and take Benadryl beforehand. I completely understood and agreed to reschedule the cheek filler, but I asked if we could move forward with dissolving my lip filler without the numbing cream.

Unfortunately, after this conversation, the provider left the room and didn’t return. I waited for about 30 minutes before deciding to leave. I had taken time off work for this appointment and was hoping to accomplish at least part of my goals. It was disappointing to feel like my time wasn’t valued, especially since there was no communication or follow-up explaining the delay.

I’d like to kindly suggest that the team consider how valuable clients’ time is. If clients are charged fees for missed appointments, it seems only fair to prioritize timeliness and communication on the clinic’s end as well. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences...

This place is adorable! I was drawn in by my instagram algorithm (haha) they had amazing Black Friday event that I couldn’t pass on! I’ve been in phoenix since May and had Botox one time prior and I felt like I was just another number at the other salon. Let me tell you, I did not feel that way here! Everyone was so personable!! I chatted with the manager about some questions I had and she was so helpful( I feel terrible I didn’t catch her name). The other girl at the front desk was very friendly as well, offered me a water or juice and we laughed about some great music they had on!

Sophie was my injector and she was so sweet! We chatted about what I was wanting and she made some recommendations… we talked about other options the spa has and we booked a 2 week follow up to make sure everything was perfect!

This is the gold standard for a med spa! Personable, on time, cute office and friendly! I can’t wait to...
