My mother and I decided since the boys were at home and we finished up early, we'd sneak a quick dinner for us ladies...this was an extremely rare occasion, and figured we deserved a treat just us two. The place was moderately busy as one would expect on a Friday night around 8. The 30 min wait wasn't an issue as we had nowhere to be. I don't think the host/hostess thought much of us. We weren't dressed snazzy nor did we have hair or make-up on. A rare occasion n for me but it was the kind of day..week..month that needed a little pick me up. We love the food here. It's a rare occasion we go anywhere. Even more rare s fancy pants places like this. Only because we both know how to cook and stay pretty busy. But it was a nice post-Christmas treat. I only get so detailed because we felt as if we were kind of overlooked and prejudiced. Shoved in a table for 1.2 large kids or tiny people. I'm 5 fppt 11 not huge, but I like food....not ever has small pr petite been used in conjunction with one's description of me. Also right what feels like on top of the server station. I say this because about two of these half tables down was a large party and across from us were the booths which were empty except for the people before and after us (also parties of 2 just saying) sensing we were about to request a booth the hostess quickly dismissed herself sans any niceties ot introduction greeting or anything. Feeling rather taken back by the obvious ploy not to waste prime booth real estate or even a table appropriate for two adults...we ordered our food and tried to make the best of the unbelievably small high-traffic area with servers hustling for their Friday night rush time tips ...our food was very good of course. It always is. Our waitress was nice enough, but you could tell she thought we were the kind of people who didn't belong (by belong i mean tip)and since the fun sneak away turned buzzkill and made us less than comfortable, we just wanted to get our food and go (as I'm sure was the point) We did just that. Got our food a slice of Amazing as always cheesecake and got out tab and bounced. ( We're both good tippers BTW I'm a hairdresser of over 20 im lnown to make someones nightnof they make mine) We're not rude nor do we smell but we could tell we weren't treated like the rest of the people. No friendly or welcome feeling no small talk or any kind frills of any kind. Just short sweet min to communicate what we wanted food check cheesecake I wanted to cry(hormones and aging made me a little but like my over-sensitive mom...she just wanted to go pretend we never got any silly ideas again. It did weigh heavy on our impromptu "fun" evening. I was t gonna write a review or ccomplain. I hope someone reads this and knows they ruined our night by being judgemental and ideally don't know why..I didn't think we looked that dumpy. Oh. At least the food was on point. Always consistent on that aspect don't least there's that. I do...

If youâre looking for a meal that satisfies every craving under the sun, Cheesecake Factory at Biltmore Mall is the place to be! We dropped in on a Saturday afternoon, expecting a long waitâbut to our surprise, we were seated in just five minutes. No reservation, no problem!
Our initial waiter, Raphael, started us off right, but when Uriel took over, he absolutely nailed it. Attentive, friendly, and on top of everything, he made sure we were taken care of from start to finish.
The Food Rundown:
The Bread Starter â So good, we had to get extra! Warm, fresh, and the perfect way to kick things off.
Lettuce Wraps â Delicious, but what a mess! The butter lettuce didnât hold up, making assembly a struggle. Maybe next time, Cheesecake Factory?
Tortilla Soup â Meh. Too many veggies, not enough chips. It was fine, but not a must-order.
Meatloaf â WOW. Comfort food at its best. The mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes? Chefâs kiss. The corn, though? Letâs just say "al dente" is a little too "under-cooked" for my liking.
Cajun Jambalaya Pasta â Absolute perfection! The shrimp and chicken were tender, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce had just the right amount of kick. Always a winner!
Green Chili Tortillas with Black Beans & Rice â Excellent. Packed with flavor and a solid choice if you want something hearty but not too heavy.
Oreo Cookie Cheesecake â Hold. The. Phone. This was next-level good. Creamy, crunchy, and everything you want in a decadent dessert. The faced oversized Oreo was so cute and they added a couple of candles for my friends birthday!
Portions are huge (as always), so thankfully, Uriel boxed up the leftovers like a pro.
Final Verdict: Great service, massive portions, and some truly standout dishes. A few minor misses, but overall, a fantastic meal. If youâre at Biltmore and craving something indulgent, Cheesecake Factory...
Read moreUnbelievable service by the manager. Never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. My husband tried to make a reservation online at 6:30pm. I have been waiting to eat here special for my birthday for weeks. It is a favorite spot of mine with usually excellent food. We are a party of 10 and reservations were only scheduled up to 6. He called and asked about our group and was told we had to come in as a walk in but it wouldnât be a problem. We got to the restaurant, told the hostess what we were told on the phone. She also said no problem, theyâre not that busy, just a little longer to accommodate our larger party. There are maybe 3-4 other small parties waiting. We say no problem and our party steps outside to wait. A few minutes later the manager comes out and says it will be 45 minutes to an hour, do we want to wait or leave. He asked again when my husband and I were discussing what to do as everyone was their. When we say we will wait for the call, he mentions again how itâll be a really long wait. At least 45 minutes, most likely an hour. There were hardly any people waiting on a Monday. Even with COVID restrictions, they were plenty open. After he walks away we wait a few minutes then decide we should go elsewhere. As we get in the car my husband gets a text that our table is ready. He calls the hostess to find out if itâs really ready since we were told differently by the manager. She was flustered then says âoh it was a mistakeâ. My husband then says the manager doesnât seem to care. He then hears him LAUGHING IN THE BACKGROUND. He actually went out of his way to make our party feel we should leave. We took his not so subtle hint and left to order food and drinks elsewhere. This was a dark spot on an otherwise wonderful birthday. Iâm leaving an extra star because the hostesses were perfectly friendly and helpful, otherwise Iâd...
