I needed a black, dressy, blouse and wanted to shop within my zip code. I have window shopped here but this was my first visit. The store has a nice selection of moderatly priced, clothing for a wide range of ages. Not all teen clothing so us older gals can find something. They do spend energy on creative displays and the music is perfect. The best part is the staff. Madison helped point me to everything black. This saved me time and energy. She and her colleague were so helpful and knew their merchandise. It is much appreciated to get other opinions when you have many try-ons. I don't have a problem with their employees or items. But beware of their policies! If you order online for curbside pick up, it does NOT mean they will fulfill it with store stock. It ships from a warehouse and they do not provide any info on it. They also only allow 1 hour from online purchase to cancel. Otherwise you must wait until it is delivered even if it is still processing andchasnt shipped yet. I ended up going into the store and purchasing the item there and now am waiting for the exact same item to ship and be delivered before I can return it. Walked in today and was automatically greeted by friendly staff. The selection was awesome!!!! A ton of stock plus different sizes!! The store was clean and organized. Every stores layout is different but this stores layout was very manueaverable. I also want to mention that the staff helped me find a pair of khakis, by looking up the item in the computer. She also printed off a list of stores in California for me. I'm very impressed. Every time I visit Phoenix- I hope to visit this store. Where I currently live we do not have a Maurices 😩.
