Target — Local services in Phoenix

This store has really went downhill. A few years ago you could go into a clean store and be greeted by friendly employees, ready and willing to help. We went there today,the store was trashed, and the employees we interacted with seemed defeated. We went in to find a pair of dress shoes for my son. We couldn't even get down the aisle because there were carts full of shoes, and nothing was where it belonged. A worker then told us that they were redoing the planogram. Labor Day weekend, with shoes on sale, and a cartwheel for 25% more off, and somebody thought it was a good time to try and redo the shoe area. They had the display of the shoe we wanted but we had no clue where to find them. My wife goes to the woman's clothes to look around, and she finds the same thing there. Piles of clearance clothes, not only on the shelves, but all over the floor. Target carts full of clothing, blocking paths through the section. It's not like it was first thing in the morning, and maybe they had a lot of returns, this was at 1 in the afternoon. My son and I head to the toy section and I immediately say "let's go". Stuff was everywhere, and I had enough of shopping in a pile of trash. We get to the front to pay for the few items we got. 3 registers are open, and the lines are each going into the card aisles, and the other aisles next to them. Make our way to the self checkout nearest the clothing, and it's almost completely blocked off my carts full of broken down boxes, and shelving that looked like it could fall out at any given second. Every time we go to this Target, it gets even worse. The store is filthy, it seems like the workers hate their jobs, and good luck finding a manager, a customer seems to be last on their list of things...

I am in a leg cast and when I went into store yesterday there were no motorized scooters. A man working at guest relations went to other side and drove one down for me. Very nice. He said “if the battery runs or when your shopping let a team member know and we will bring you another”. I shopped for probably about 20 minutes and then worst scenario happened. I had three bars of battery to dead in a matter of a few minutes so no time to anticipate it. I tried to make it over to one of the red towers to use the phone but no phone in the tower. I used my cell phone which was also almost dead and called front desk. The man who helped me earlier answered and said someone would bring me a new one. I waited 15 mins and called back. No one answers after long time of ringing. I called again and the man answered again but didn’t greet me. He said “we are working on getting you a wheelchair” I said ohh did you run out? He said yeah, I said if someone could please bring me a regular cart so I am not stranded here that would be appreciated. I waited another 15 mins. No one came. I left on my own. I noticed when I was passing by guest relations there were two people standing there talking with no customers in line. Why couldn’t someone bring me a cart?? I had to hobble out of there in...

I just want to start off by saying I shop here almost every week maybe even 2 times a week I I never have a problem with anyone here but there is this one lady that I have had a problem with 2 times 1 time before today and she honestly is vary rude the 1st time was a few months back when I was buys some furniture I asked some to help me get a flat kart and to help me take it to the front they came back with one and left right after so I assumed that I needed to take it up myself witch I did I got to self check and she yelled at me like I just grabbed the kart myself I let that one go. And today I go buy some medicine because I’m not feeling very well I got to check out and she demands my id I stated I don’t have it with me and she questioned me and says well your 26 and don’t carry your id why and I said because I don’t need to and then I also stated I am 26 witch I look like it to that’s besides the point so I asked for a manager or supervisor and she calls one the manager Bianca does a grate job good job to her.
