I never thought I would be leaving a review for a fast food restaurant as we all know after all Taco Bell is basically like eating chips and cookies for dinner (except maybe even slightly less nutritional value) however this location is so hilariously bad I couldn't resist.
I live very close so often times it was my "emergency food," when I lacked any desire to cook or make something with actual nutritional value. I think out of the 10 times I've been here, they've messed up my food in hilarious and ridiculous ways roughly 9 of those times.
First of all, the management is beyond atrocious, I'm talking impossibly bad. I'm just recalling the last few times I've been there for the sake of this review; prior to that they refuse to get an order correct, or blatantly FORGET entire parts of my order and charge me for it, or insist on giving me extra sour cream when I order something without.
The last time I went there it was with a coupon for 2 free items I received from corporate for complaining about one of the instances above. I stopped going in the drive through because of how horrible they are with my order - so I went in the store. I waiting over 25 minutes for 4 items. The order came up, the called my order number and a woman came up, listened to the guy (that took my order) list the items, and she took MY order right in front of me. I didn't bother saying anything because of how horribly impossible it was to me that the person who took my order, would actually give it to someone else. Shame on the girl for taking my order after listening to the items.
Anyway the management comes up to me, says that a "funny mistake" happened, and they offer to re-make it. I oblige, wait another 20 minutes and yup, they make a mistake. At this point I laugh, take the order up and ask for a refund, basically expecting this to happen. I then have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes because they only have 3 on staff and no one knows how to operate the shiny cash machine to give me my money. After waiting 20 minutes, I politely ask the cashier what in the world is going on, and he grabs the manager who gives me my money in under 30 seconds. (did I really have to wait 20 minutes for that transaction?) So in summary, I was there over an hour, never received any food and was treated like crap. This was on Saturday about 1pm. There was maybe a total of 6 orders that came in the store and drive thru was off and on. If you can't handle that tiny amount of volume, why bother?
This was after a myriad of mistakes from forgetting items, providing blatantly wrong orders to the manager admitting that "they just can't do it right," after I personally see 4 different people come in from the drive thru. I know it's fast food, but these guys are literally brain dead. Every time I went in there was on the weekend, and EVERY time I saw a completely different staff -- whelp, maybe that's the problem? Anyway I'm sure a giant corporation doesn't give a crap about negative reviews. But stay the hell away from these guys unless you want to take a gamble on actually receiving your order, and receiving...
Read moreMy husband and I have been coming to this Taco Bell for about a year now. Their service has always been subpar, messing up our orders, not giving enough sauce, things like that. Usually they are friendly and help us fix whatever the problem is. Tonight we decided to ride our bikes to go grab some tacos expecting the lobby to be open, it was only 9:00. When we discovered the lobby was closed we decided to try the drive thru. When we got up to the speaker a lady started taking our order and then stopped abruptly, with no explanation, and would not respond. My husband rode up to the window to see what was wrong and the lady smiled at him and told him she was not going to take our order because we were on bicycles. She seemed very pleased that she wasn't going to take our order, she also had no name tag and would not tell us her name. There was nothing posted anywhere that said we couldn't order from our bicycles. My husband told her that she was being rude and she yelled at us through the window. Even if she was not allowed to take our order because we were on bicycles, yelling at a customer, and being so rude was completely unwarranted. So we went home got our car and went to the next closest Taco Bell. As someone who has worked in food service for over 12 years this Behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business as...
Read moreHorrible store. Over charged me due to posting a menu with one price and charging another price on the register. Had to ask them for my drink cause the cashier forgot. Drive thru line was long and they were super slow. Told them I cannot eat cheese and to please NOT put cheese on my food and they purposely did. I repeatedly asked them to make sure there was no cheese and was assured there was "NO CHEESE", by the cashier. The cheese was under the lettuce so I did not see it and took two bites before I realized it was in my food. It was also in the burrito when I checked. I had to turn around and return it prior to 9pm, but they locked their doors early and refused to help me. They were rude and did not care and gave me a hard time to get a refund unless I got back into the long drive thru line. I ended up having to vomit the food I did eat and having a surgical procedure for bleeding. All because people do not care. I have always ordered food at different places and no one has issues leaving off the cheese. However, this store did and they would have purposely killed me. They're hours listed online do not match the actual posted hours and the hours they are visually...
