The food is good that’s what keeps us coming back. Atmosphere is ok. Service needs work especially during their busy times. I did an order by phone because it can get busy and crowed it’s a small place. I try to keep this in mind, but issues keep on happening,but ignoring people is not ok. It’s not hard just to reassure the customer they will be with them. When I walked in I was at the door because they where fully packed and other customers ahead so while standing there waiting on them to direct us or at least acknowledge us it took some time to help the one in front of me finally they helped him then I stood there waiting on their direction or someone to say anything. They just would pass by in front of me just doing their work. they don’t say anything like, we will be right with you or hi do you have an online order or phone order, nothing they just pass back and fourth and the guy in the back doesn’t even do any acknowledgement either just everyone seems to ignore you. I get the vibe that they want you to leave that’s why they ignore u hoping u would leave. Finally after like 8 min or so the girl ask if I had an order I said yes she doesn’t ask my name just walks away. A gentleman comes in behind me and once again they ignore him than he ask me if they are helping me I let him know no. The lady that had asked me about my order finally acknowledges him after like 5 min of him standing behind me. She asked him if he had an order he says yes she asked his name. Mind you she did not ask my name. It was so frustrating to stand their and not knowing whats going on and they are their but not really saying to much. Another incident order again on the phone the girl says hold on let me see how long it will take I wait like 10 min and she still doesn’t return to the phone so I hang up and try to call back and it doesn’t go through answering machine keeps coming on so waited about 5 min it rang and they answer and let them know I waited for like 10 min for someone to let me know how long for the food. No apologies but put me on hold again to check on time so mind you 15min already passed and she says like 20 min. I let her know still 20 min she said yes. Great food. Great service. Nice atmosphere.

Food: As we arrived, the location got busy. Food still came out hot and fresh. We ordered appetizers and food to share. Everything came out simultaneously and in perfect order. Crispy wonton shrimp and fried chicken were delicious.

Service: we were waited by a young woman who was very attentive to my family. She helped us with the menu and even offered a substitute for an item when it was not on the menu. She also came back to check if her replacement selection was a good choice. (My son approved, lol) She was patient, and although the location began to get busy, she still maintained connection and quality service with my family.

Atmosphere: Great atmosphere. The only issue I had was that there were quite a few workers there. Maybe because they knew they were going to get busy. We were one of the first customers in so I assume it picked up shortly after. It's not really a complaint but more so an observation. The staff put plates on our table, and another staff member came right behind them and put the same setup on our table. Again- not a complaint as they were all working and trying to get things done.
