Amtrust Bank Phoenix Staff at 120 E. Camelback are as professional and helpful as any major bank. I had a problem with forged signature checks draining my checking account of $750. The bank investigated almost 6 months to tell me they were not going to replace the money. For that reason, I am now going to have to sue my bank Amtrust. I am hurt by the I trusted would not stand up for something so obvious. On principle alone, I would have immediately closed all my accounts and shopped my business elsewhere. But I am really happy with the staff at this branch and wish to maintain this relationship. However, the lawsuit prevails, but this oversight by my bank that allowed my money to evaporate shows deficiencies in the banks procedures and may have to reconsider endorsing other patrons to place their money in this...
