Yolis Salon — Attraction in Phoenix

I've been coming to this place for years I went a few days ago and had to wait an hour plus three people went on lunch breaks or left for home instead of cutting my hair literally took the lady 10 minutes to cut my hair and it looked fabulous her name was well I forget her name but she was awesome oh her name was Paqi and I'm telling you right now she can cut hair good really good I gave her a good tip that she did such a fabulous job but I noticed there were a few people they got to go ahead of me even though I was there an hour ahead of them I guess because of Donald Trump some Hispanics don't like cutting white people's hair if the only knew my wife is the first generation American her parents immigrated here from Mexico and made their way honestly all my kids are mixed and I'm a white bilingual boy so anyways I was going to leave this place one star because of that one bad experience but the fact is I've had too many good experiences over the last decade to do that to this place make sure you treat everybody equally just cuz people are white doesn't mean they're racist I love all people no matter their color creed education or standings...

Lady cutting my hair never stopped talking while she cut my hair. Very disrespectful. My haircut came out TERRIBLE!!!!! I cried for a week I had to cut my own hair. The worst haircut the worst $30 dollars I spent on my life. Worst customer service! I don’t recommend to anybody. Idk how they think they can cut decent hair talking amongst each other. Literally the whole staff just kept talking to the lady cutting my hair even without working. Worst experience. My 4 year old got a hair cut too just one level one size they messed that up to I had to fix it...

Yesenia cut my sons hair within 5 min! She was amazing, and I loved the way she took time to teach me how she cut his hair. I walked in to get a bob haircut and Carmen cut my hair so well I loved it so much I will definitely be returning and I recommended me husband to also get his haircuts their too.
