Dollar Tree — Attraction in Pineville

The store is like most of them. The clerk Ashley however was not nice at all. I left all 12 items in my carry cart and put it on the belt and waited my turn in line. When it was my turn, before she even started ringing my items up she said for me to put my cart back at the door as I left. Then as she rang up my items she made little comments about them. This is none of her business what I buy only to ring it up. Then she told me my total and said we don’t give cash back. I didn’t ask for any nor did I want any cash back. And I had already read the hand written sign she had posted on the plexiglass. Wow! How rude! I know it is just a dollar store but I expect a little more than what I got. I don’t think I’ll be back there. It’s worth the extra money to get treated like a human than getting treated like a dog. No thank you Dollar...

Everything was great until I got to the register. A lady by the name of KIM was very rude to the two customers in front of me telling the first guy, because he commented she should try being nice...sarcastically that she sorry he felt that way after he saw the reaction from KIM when the second customer placed the divider between my items and hers. She grabbed the divider and pounded on the ....please place between customers sign!! Then she basically threw the receipt at the poor lady that was already devastated by KIM’S actions. I had to bite my tongue as she slammed my items in my bags and kept telling me to push the green button while I was placing my card in my wallet. KIM should not be working with the public as she definitely has issues! I apologized to the lady in front...

Higher Management should be ashamed of themselves. The manager, district manager and regional manager should all be fired. I went in this Dollar Tree on Sunday December 26th the day after Christmas and this store was absolutely filthy. There was so much stuff on the floor that it looked like this placed had been trashed. In my opinion this store should have been deemed unsafe to enter. If I didnt leave my phone in my car I would have took pictures to show how messy this place was. I have never been into a store this messy in my entire life. Again some of the higher ups arent doing their job and should be fired for letting a store get this bad....
