After having gone through Chemotherapy several years ago and losing most of my lashes they finally grew back but were very short. I had lash extensions years ago and loved them but stopped once I found out I had cancer. When I decided to try them again I was looking for a place not too far of a drive from my house but that got good reviews. I stumbled across this gem of a salon called I Extend Beauty and decided to try them. I met Yami who is the lash extension expert and immediately felt welcomed and comfortable and since have come to love her. She runs this salon with her sister, who is an expert in eyebrows, and the 2 of them are not only beautiful but so extremely nice and kind and so very professional. The salon is bright and lovely and Yami is always right on time and ready for me. She finishes my lashes exactly in the alotted time, working steadily the whole time but never runs over which I appreciate since I have a crazy schedule helping with my grandbabies and juggling other duties. She is so very sweet and does excellent work. She uses high quality lashes and she applies them beautifully and they last for 3 weeks until I see her again for a fill and even then they still look good having only lost a few lashes from each eye. Mostly what I appreciate about Yami is her concern for the condition of your lashes and the importance of keeping them clean. She has taught me that this is the key to keeping your lashes on and looking nice and she has taken time to show me how to clean them, providing tools to help me do so. She realizes her reputation as a lash stylist and artist depends on how her customers look and she wants to make sure when you leave and come back your lashes look nice and are well cared for. I truly admire her work ethic, her integrity and professionalism. Her sister treats her customers with the same kindness and care and her work on their eyebrows is beautiful. Terrible customer service from the beginning of my appointment. I scheduled a 8mth touch up with Chantall and ended up canceling my appointment due to the rude and unprofessional behavior that I experienced.

To start, my appointment was at 10:30am in which I arrived at 10:29am to see a text from Chantall that she was running 10mins behind. So I went next door to grab a bite to eat and arrived back 10mins later to iExtend Beauty. I then received a text from Chantall asking if I had arrived after being on time originally for my scheduled appointment. I felt extremely rushed after she ended up being the one late for the scheduled appointment.

Once I was called back, the energy and vibe immediately turned negative as I was told that I didn’t need a touch up and was asked what exactly did I want done to my eyebrows. I would expect if you are the professional providing the service that I’m paying YOU for, you would inform ME of how you would be able to help. What’s most upsetting is that I drove 2.5hrs and spent $400 on a hotel to receive the most terrible customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention, losing out on the deposit that I paid back in July for the service.

I first met Yami when I had a previous lash artist who destroyed my eyes. I was referred to Yami by a friend and now till this day I couldn’t be any happier in having someone as talented and educated as her that I trust to be my new lash tech! Yami always makes sure that you feel comfortable while she’s taking care of you and she’s so delicate on my eyes it does not irritate me or my eyes like I’ve felt before with other people. She is truly down to earth and she does take care of me every time I go see her for my regular 2 week fills.
