David's Bridal Pinole CA — Attraction in Pinole

Jessica F. was my stylist/consultant and she definitely made this first experience a great one! She pulled a few dresses I picked already from online, then she also added dresses in an out of our selection between me trying them on and discussing what I liked or did not like. With the help of her manager (sorry I did not get her name, but taller, fun, white woman with glasses,) she snuck in a dress for me to try on and this later became my wedding dress! She suggested this dress after seeing me in the first try on and really liked the shape on me. I am thankful for the experience overall! Between one dress that I thought was going to be the one, and the dress picked by the manager and Jessica, Jessica pointed out how she could see my body language and better reaction change when I had on THEE dress. Shortly before this, there were 2 bride-to-be's who found their dresses and rang bells! Hearing them shake the bell made me surprised because it seemed like everyone found their dress quickly in there! Nonetheless I started this appointment unure if I was actually going to find one, but here we are. My first wedding dress from my first appointment. I feel lucky! The ambiance inside David's bridal was nice. I did not feel judged and I felt like everyone was there if you needed them, but also gave you enough space to feel everything out on your own. Jessica was great with explaining how dresses would fit after the alterations, and suggesting different veils or styles for alterations that could be made to suit what I liked from other dressses. Highly reccomend coming here, especially if you are wanting to spend less than $2k but still find a beautiful dress for any type of wedding. Thank you Jessica and David Bridal team! Throughout the whole process of searching for a wedding dress, from trying on dresses, to having the dress altered, to making sure the alterations fit properly, I had a great experience at David's Bridal in Pinole. Their staff asked me for my budget and my preferences and showed me several options during my one-hour appointment to try on dresses. One thing to note is that they didn't necessarily have the right size for me to try on but they used clips so I could have a sense of what each would look like. They also let me try on one dress twice so I could confirm that it was the one I wanted. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision that day, but I did end up finding what I wanted in just one appointment, which was great. I was able to book my alterations appointment several months in advance. The alterations department was really helpful! Fely in the alterations department did more than just figure out what alterations I needed. She showed me how to walk properly in the dress. When I picked up my altered dress, she made sure everything fit properly, and she also showed my mom how to bustle my dress. Overall, the entire experience at David's Bridal in Pinole was easy and fun. I also called them 3 days before my hair and makeup trial and asked them to put a rush order on a veil and a hairpiece so that I could have it in time for the trial, and they helped me with that too. The quality of the dress was great for the price, and for a bridal store it was relatively affordable. The alterations were almost as expensive as the dress. Still, the total cost of the dress and the alterations was about the same as I would have paid just for the dress alone at most bridal stores. Update: Bridesmaid Appointment Went in to try on dresses for m friends wedding and worked with Danny (Daniela) who was lovely and so helpful. Had a great time and found another perfect dress for a super deal. So nice to try dresses on rather than buying online. DB for the win again! 3/10/2024

We arrived to our appointment about 20 minutes early and the floor was busy! But we we're welcomed and checked in. My family and I had ample time to check out dresses and get a good feel for what I was going to try on. The only thing I would say is that the check-in crew was overwhelmed. They may have forgotten who we were and that we had already checked in...alas. We were finally greeted by our magician of a consultant, Jessica, who warmly welcomed us to our appointment space in the fitting area. She was so sweet, she calmed my nerves immediately. I was the focus, the priority. I was SO nervous, but through it all, she listened, looked at my photos, "read the room", and handled everything perfectly. She pulled so many dresses based on my comments and thoughts (she has quite an eye and ear!) and I ended up with the perfect dress. It was one I found on the website. It was my first fitting so she definitely entertained many different styles so I could really get a feel for what I was comfortable in, what I saw myself in as a bride. And all the while she knew, she just knew. And I'm happy to say I left our appointment with my absolute dream dress. She got us there and back and made it the most incredible day. Thank you, Jessica! You are the BEST!!!!! Side note, she also pulled the dresses my Mom wanted to see but continuously checked in with me to make sure I was still keeping my focus on what I truly wanted....
