Dirty Laundry Express - Plainfield — Attraction in Plainfield

They stole Nike tech pants and 2 Nike face masks , yes the ones everyone wants now all in 3 separate occasions during my drop off , fold service . I did gave them the benefit of the doubt when one time I didn’t get one of my Nike tech pants back which is worth $115 after picking up my clothes from their service of drop off and fold . So the next time I did tell the attendant to please make sure they checked the machines for clothes left behind because the last time I had Nike tech pants missing, immediately the lady changed her demeanor and started telling me not to tell her that that I should tell that to whoever received my clothes last time, red flag. Anyway, the time after that I put my Nike mask in my drop off fold service and exactly that item was magically missing, then I told my wife to separately bring her clothes with her Nike face mask , and guess what’s missing. Somebody in this laundry is deliberately stealing Nike clothing and accessories, if the owner sees this post please I’d like my money back and please check the cameras more often...

I've had nothing but good experiences at this place. Never thought I would be writing a review for a laundromat, but here we are. The machines are clean and new with a good variety of sizes. The best part that I'm not sure if anyone else mentioned, the dryers spin one direction for a minute and then reverses direction for a minute and so on. It's so great for towels, sheets and blankets in that they don't roll into themselves and never dry out. There is a huge dryer that handles 12 loads!! The snack machines have a good variety of food and drinks. The bathrooms for the customers are nice and clean. There is even a big sink to rinse out your detergent bottles or wash your hands. The staff is very nice too, always busy...

The place is nice and clean. I did wish the machines had options for Delicates, but it doesn’t.

I want to say the washers are O K and drying takes forever to dry in my opinion.

The ladies that work there are great and very sweet.

My biggest issue is, I have to agree with another person who said the same thing, it’s summer time, and I don’t think they crank up the AC as they should because it’s extremely hot in this place. I don’t even want to fold inside or let alone do laundry there. It’s too hot! It’s weird because it’s only during the day that the AC is not on blast. It needs to be up!
