Prestonwood Park — Attraction in Plano

March 2, 2024 I was admitted to Prestonwood Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home three days after a major surgery to recover, and receive rehabilitative services. The admission nurse was very nice. The facility has beautiful, lovely atmosphere and decor. As I was being rolled to my room it felt safe. Immediately, the sweetest little lady walked out of the room across from my room and greeted me and my son so friendly and welcomed us. From that moment, until this day, Prestonwood Rehabilitation Center & Nursing Home have reflected the warmth, kindness, charm and comfort, we should expect from a place like it. The staff are very professional and always in uniforms. If ever I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. I was made to feel like a VIP. After being there a few days it was clear, e erybody is treated like a VIP. I loved the treatment I was given. Residents all appeared to be well taken care of. Routine activities were carried out daily, special games to keep residents active and engaged. That was nice to see. The activity coordinator is a ray of sunshine. I enjoyed dining with others. I made lots of acquaintances, and I hope some friends too. We shared great times . I highly recommend Prestonwood Rehabilitation Center to anyone for long-term care, or short Rehabilitation service if needed. I enjoyed my time there and wasn't ready to go. My health improved, so I will be back to visit....

DeEva kitchen and Bar Service is excellent food was very good including gluten free options! My only reason for 2 stars is that we went on a very cold night and they had the AC blasting. It was miserable. Several of us complained we couldn't feel our feet from the cold. It made food cold. I recommend the food but be prepared to sit...
