This review is not only from a severely celiac customer, but also, a person who is epipen (anaphylaxis) allergic to wheat, yes, there is such a thing! Cravings Alisha's Cupcakes is the only place that's not certified gluten free that I purchase from, yes, that's how good they are! They bake their GF cupcakes only on certain days of the week, with their GF kitchen gadgets when they have cleaned the entire kitchen. They keep all of their GF products individually packed and in a separate refrigerator or counter space. They UNDERSTAND cross contamination. You can't do better than that! Okay, safety is hands down, now let's talk about flavor!
OMG, there is NO WHERE else that I have been in this country that has better deserts than this place! They have the best variety there is and their cupcakes are to die for, so much flavor, they are rich, MOIST (there's nothing worse than dried gf cardboard) and I absolutely LOVE their chocolate frosting, let's be honest, I love all frosting they make it. Trudy, their manager, she is simply the BEST, every time I call, she even recognizes my voice. She is soooooo good to me, like that "mother figure" who worries that the "celiac kid" is also having a treat. She has done so much to me, I couldn't be more grateful. The entire team is super nice and I love how they treat my serious allergy with so much respect and responsibility. I have been coming here ever since they started baking GF and I have NEVER got sick!
Anyone I know who discover they are celiac, I send them to Cravings Alysha's Cupcakes, because I know it will make them to feel so happy again and to discover that's possible to have delicious gourmet Gluten-Free deserts, because these are not only cupcakes, they are real deserts! I come from an Italian mom, and good food is important to me! Thank you guys for offering so many delicious GF deserts, treats, cupcakes, truffles, donuts, pies, breads, pumpkin breads and all the holiday treats for us. This is my happy place 😊
Thank goodness I am not allergic to Nutella, they make the best Nutella chesscake frosting on earth! I wait all year long until July, just to purchase their butterbeer...

First off - I came here a couple of months ago and didn't have the best experience. Alisha contacted me and asked me to come back and give them another chance. I am SO glad I did.
The establishment was clean and welcoming. I love how cute it is on the inside! There were quite a few people ahead of us and the line moved fairly quickly for only one employee working in the front.
There were so many options but we ended up getting the pumpkin chocolate chip (seasonal) and Reese's peanut butter cup. We took them to-go and ate them at home a couple hours later. Wow... they were both delicious! The pumpkin chocolate chip had so much flavor and I loved the variety of the chocolate chips. The frosting was some of the best cream cheese frosting I've had. The flavors complimented each other so well. It was also so moist! The Reese's cupcake was by far the best cupcake I ever had. My husband said the same thing. It was incredible and so good for a chocolate and peanut butter lover (like me). The peanut butter frosting was just the best. The chocolate over the frosting was so rich and just amazing! The cake was moist.
I cannot wait to come back soon and I'm so happy I gave them a second chance. I am looking forward to trying other flavors! You need to come here!!
July 2021: I am not sure what it is… we have been here so many times. In the beginning, it was really good. The cupcakes were moist and so yummy! The last 4 times they weren’t moist. They were pretty dry. We went this afternoon and got the Nutella churro and the churro on top was hard so we couldn’t eat it. Overall, the cake had good flavor. However, it was pretty dry and crumbly. Not sure why this is the case when we come. I’m sure we will keep coming back because we want to have a good experience as we used to. I just wish that the cupcakes weren’t dry. We couldn’t even...
Read moreI go to Cravings because of the gluten free items they offer. I had accrued enough of their loyalty points that I had earned a free cupcake so I took my lunch break to go there and get one. They would not give me a free item because my profile was not complete online for their loyalty program. I had done it in the past, but evidently something was wrong so I took the link and went and tried to do the profile again. I entered the information it asked for, but never received the email to confirm the account. I did it again to make sure I had not mistyped something, but still didn't receive it. I Checked my junk mail and still had no email. To this point I still have not received the email required to confirm the account. I went and asked how long it would normally take to get the email and they didn't know. They apparently where not going to do anything to either fix the issue, or honor the points. I spent the money at their store to earn the loyalty points, they could see that I had them and how many, but they opted to send me away empty handed rather than give away a cupcake. I wasted my lunch break and got nothing. I get that they want me to fill out the forms for the program, which I have tried to do several times, but if something is wrong and it isn’t working, they should have given me the treat, and then worked with the company that runs the program to fix...
