We came in one evening in immediate need of a new bed set up for my adult son who has autism and has had two back surgeries. Mike welcomed us as we arrived and made our experience so easy. Mike helped us to feel at ease with an easygoing approach, years of experience, product knowledge and professionalism. We were shown our different options without any “selling”. Mike simply informed us about the many different options there. We discovered the prices with Snooze were lower or very competitive with the many other stores we had visited, and the massive research we had done. The store itself is welcoming, clean, and layed out well. We left with an amazing bed and base for a great price.A big thank you to Mike and to Snooze Mattress Company!

Note: My son’s asthma suddenly worsened and became chronic within a few months.To our shock, we discovered the bed he had been sleeping on for 2 yrs was leaking out fiberglass! (We purchased that bed on Amazon). We immediately made a trip to the dump with the bed, all sheets, blankets, pillows, curtains, etc. We basically hazmat cleared the room. It was awful. I have had my Tempur Ergo bed for about a month. I won’t lie. The first night sleeping on it I think I had buyers remorse because of the size of the investment and I thought the bed didn’t seem as soft as when I was at the Snooze store. I even considered returning it. That would have been a huge mistake. I have had to sleep with huge pillows at about a 45 degree angle for the past 40 years because of acid reflux. Now I can elevate the head of the bed and do away with my king size pillows which truthfully, were never comfortable. I often suffered from a kinked neck because I sleep on my side. Snooze even took care of that problem because they have a custom designed pillow for side sleepers. I added the pillow last night and because of the new bed and amazing pillow, I slept more comfortably and soundly than ever before in my life. They followed up with us about if we were getting the bed or not, not in an aggressive sales way, but in a hey I remember you, you came in and were interested, we want to make sure that were aware of you and is there anything else we can help to answer or any other questions or concerns! Me and my fiancé decided to go with the King Ice Black mattress! It’s cold to the touch and stays cold which will be such a plus for me and my fiance because we always sleep hot! Mike was a great person to work with at the shop, he gave us a generous deal and he even delivered the bed himself to our house when it was a good time for us, (due to scheduling issues, with the company that delivers the beds) and let it out of the box to fluff up!
