Our office was excited to try out this new location. However the online ordering was down and we could not even see what any options for food there was. I called the location directly and was put on hold for 2-3 minutes. A worker then answered and promptly said I'm sorry we can't talk to you or answer any questions for at least 10 minutes because we are so busy. I tried to tell them the online ordering was down and where it was our first time coming in so we did not now what we even could order and he acted irritated and his response was sorry maybe you can get us another time and hung up.im not sure I want to try another time... THIS EMPLOYEE HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS WHICH COULD CAUSE THIS LOCATION TO LOOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS! **Update. Decided to give them another shot a week later. The online ordering was still not working or not working again. I decided to just go in. I placed the order and went to get the sodas that had been purchased and all the ones I needed were out or not working properly. When I asked about it they told me to just grab one of the bottled ones out of the fridge which I thought was a good solution until I realized they did not have the ones needed there either. So one of my drinks I paid for literally ended up being just a cup of ice with no soda. Then after getting my food and getting back to our office there was one whole meal I had purchased not given to me. I did not have time to go back so when it was all said and done we had one full meal and drink that were paid for and not received. What food we got was good but I'm honestly not sure it's enough to...

I’ve been to Happy Teriyaki at least 10 times, and every time I walk in, I feel like Norm from Cheers—except instead of beer, I’m here for the chicken breast bowl with extra spicy kitchen sauce on the side (because I like to feel alive, but not call 911).
The spicy chicken bowl is also 🔥—literally. It punches you in the mouth in the best way possible. And if you’re feeling adventurous or just can’t commit (no judgment), the combo plates let you try two meats and live your best indecisive life.
Let’s talk rice—it’s fluffier in the bowls, and I don’t know why, I just accept it. The cabbage? Always fresh. Always on point. Never weird or wilted. Honestly, I’d trust these people to cook for my wedding.
The staff is super friendly and quick—just make sure to show up before the lunch rush unless you enjoy fighting off hangry office workers for a table.
If Happy Teriyaki ever closes, I’ll cry actual tears and possibly start a petition. Highly,...
Read moreWhat a great addition to Pleasant Grove. Clean restaurant and helpful employees. There is a big menu with a variety of options like different types of meats and sides. We ordered two happy bowls with teriyaki chicken breast, veggies, and fried rice. We also ordered a side of egg rolls (2 egg rolls).
The food itself was really impressive. It was hot and fresh. It was good quality. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. The veggies were tasty and the rice was good too. I loved the egg and carrot! The eggs rolls were a hit - we loved them! The price of the egg rolls is definitely overpriced. Two for $5. It should be two for $3. They're regular sized. We were also charged additional for getting chicken breast and the fried rice (which was never communicated to us) which was a little frustrating.
Overall, great food. Great quality. Great amount of food....
