This was a fun place to visit as my kids and grandkids got it for me for my surprise birthday. We did the Chinese Ramen experience. Being the first time for several of us, I would say it was a little bit above our experience level. Luckily at this place, if you ask for a hint or a clue, you don’t get time deducted. We should’ve asked for clues earlier and it would’ve led us in the right direction. Several times we were certainly going down the wrong path and we wasted a lot of time. Overall, it was a fun experience and now I know more of what to expect when I go back to one of these. We did not finish the challenge, but the worker there told us we were close. When he showed us what we still had to do, I figured they were things that we never would’ve figured out on our own if we hadn’t gotten clues. So my suggestion to anyone is to ask for clues earlier rather than later.

We did the Morgue on Mother’s Day with a party of 6, consisting of 5 adults and one 12 year old. We loved it! I was worried about the gore but felt it was similar to, if not less than, walking through a haunted house. We finished in 40 minutes and used 2 clues. I feel like we could have finished with only one clue but started to get worried about the time. Since it was the last “obstacle” we finished in a sec with the clue and should have taken the time to work it out. Loved it and would do another one with this company.

My son and I had a great time in the Lost Tomb room. Escape rooms are his favorite activities. Francisco was friendly at check in and gave a great opening story-which really engaged my son. He also let us know about a great offer to save on the next visit. Mac was attentive to our clue requests and got them to us quickly to save our time. PSA on the lost tomb, wear tennis shoes! Overall great experience. We will be back next month!

This whole experience has been the worst. Guy working that night seemed annoyed we came in. I get we were the last people of the night but it was a weekend and wasn’t even the latest available room. Our reservation was at 8:45 and they had reservations going until 9:30, but i guess no one booked any after us. It felt as if he rushed through our time and kept insisting we ask for him for clues through the walkie talkie when we were trying to solve a clue ourselves. Even stated that groups are usually only allowed the 3 clues, but since we’re the last group he will give us unlimited clues. Like i understand that it could have been a nice gesture, but it would have been nice for the guy to have some patience and let us figure stuff out and ask for help when we wanted it. Especially on the last clue. My little brother really wanted to solve it, but the guy on the walkie got impatient and just told him how to solve it although no one asked. The whole room itself was fun but the ending seemed anticlimactic, thanks to whoever was working. We ended up finishing the room with 20 minutes left so it’s not like we were delaying him from getting off the clock or even used our full 60 minutes.

Your split payment process online is a whole problem itself and needs to be fixed. I reserved for 5 people and the total came to almost $200 with gratuity. The website asked to put a card on file to hold the reservation and stated that my card would not be charged until payment. It still held the full charge on the card initially when i booked the reservation. When i tried the split to pay option with my friends it expected me to pay my part as an additional amount when i tried to spilt the amount. I was paying for 3 people so that was over $100 on top of the full amount that was already charged which i was fine with as long as the initial amount was processed back to my card. The day after i checked my bank and saw i was still double charged for the full amount for the room and the split amount i paid. It has been 5 business days and the original charge has not been processed back into my account. I have called to try to resolve this issue and all they could say was i have to wait until the pending charge is dropped and the money will be returned. That is an extra $200 that I could have needed throughout the week. So pretty much i have overpaid for a lackluster experience for a guy to not even let us enjoy our time there and an ongoing payment issue that has not...

Had a party of 5 and was joined another party of 5 for Agent Tokyo. The first room was alright with the designs but since the space was small, a few of us did not have anything else to do besides wait. The second room was worse. The size of the room was about the same size as the unisex restroom and there was no a/c. It was stuffy and cramped. I and others started feeling claustrophobic especially since we had to find and move around to see the answers to move on to the next room. The last room was also small as well, but slightly bigger than the second room. I have just seen a review left by another group 11 months ago detailing the same experience we had and I agree with them that Agent Tokyo should have been maxed at 6 people because of the puzzles and limited space for moving around. Also, not sure why there was no secured storage/locker for us to put our stuff in instead of just having a basket near one of the puzzle. We are playing these escape rooms with random parties and you could never be too careful leaving stuff unattended. I did end up keeping my purse on me since it was small but what about others who...

Just for this visit, I’d have to give it a low rating. I’ve been to multiple Limitless Escape Rooms and have been a fan of them all. But this most recent experience in the Forbidden Temple: 1) The room was unprepared and reset improperly, an important part of the room was not reset from the previous players so it was misleading which caused us lose 10-15 minutes, 2) The instructions were unclear, we were told that excessive force would be unnecessary, but a part of the puzzle required me to use all of my strength and I weigh 200lbs. My girlfriend and I were afraid that if we used the amount of force demonstrated by the employee, we’d break the puzzle, 3) Never has an escape room required us to actually get dirty, some may say it was an immersive experience and some may not appreciate it. We didn’t mind it and the Game Master was accommodating after we informed him that the room had some mistakes on their end, he allowed us to continue a little longer and walked us through towards the end, so it upped this rating from...
