i know this is long, but hear me out on this one. THEY CALLED ME STUPID. this grooming place is actually so horrible, the customer service is horrible and the employees are horrible. i hate the way they speak to me and i hate their tone—it makes me so uncomfortable. I was trying to work things out with them and it took me a while to explain to my mom because she doesn’t understand english. i know maybe you can’t be patient, but as an employee it’s YOUR JOB DUDE. They muttered “stupid” as they walked away. its SO obvious they dont care about your dog and dont know ANYTHING about dogs. they’re uneducated yet assume YOU don’t know anything. I PERSISTENTLY asked for just a trim on the back and this girl kept saying how she can’t use a razor to shave my dog. i said a trim. then she brought up how there’s dogs on instagram that im so caught up on with super short fur like I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. and i felt so offended because it’s pretty obvious she brought up social media because im a teenager. do NOT go here WHATSOEVER to get your dog groomed—$80+ to get your dog shaved and waste 30 min of your life you can never get back trying to work out things with those RUDE EMPLOYEES? and you know what else? when i was checking in for my appointment, i could see the other ladies grooming this poodle mix dog and another lady grooming a different dog TALKING and LAUGHING, and one questioned the other on why the dog looked like that and she said “well THEY said they wanted a beard on their dog haha..” and was so rude about it. personally, i dont want other people talking behind my back about what i want for my dog. just a preference tho. i will be so happy to cancel my appointment and just groom...
Read moreThe fish section has way to many dead fish. One or 2 in the whole section is fine, but there are so many dead fish in each tank. You really need to quarantine the fish for at least 2 weeks and provide medication. You also need to feed the fish a high quality diet. The fish I got were extremely skinny but with a few days of a good food, were healthy again. The bellies were sunken in. The betta section is horrible. There is almost no selection for normal bettas, and all the glo bettas are either dead or lying on their side. The plant selection is almost nonexistent and very weak. There usually is only around 2 tanks of plants. However, there seems to be at least one employee who knows how to keep fish. Speak to him. He is great. The reptile section is horrible. So many things are wild caught and the supplies are absolute trash. At least they don’t Cohan king snakes but…There is practically no tanks/exoterra/zoomed. They have no space for these things cause they have a huge rack for tiny bowls and tanks that can’t keep anything other than shrimp and Thai micro crabs and snail. Overall a...
Read moreLack of transparency = waste of my time. I scheduled a grooming appt 7 weeks in advance. They indicate they require proof of rabies, direct quote from website: "Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of paperwork from a veterinarian is required. " And from the text confirmation received when booking our appt: "Please make sure to bring your proof of rabies vaccination. Proof needs to be the signed record from a veterinarian."
Arrived 15 minutes before my appt to check in and was refused service because my Rabies Vaccination Certificate was a hand written form signed and stamped by the vet. They staff informed me they only accept typed certificates because " they can not be forged" Their reasoning lacks merit as any form, hand written or computer generated, can be faked. BOTH forms would require the vet's signature and stamp to be valid. Their offered to reschedule me, with their next available appt being 8 weeks out. Thankfully I was able to get in with another local groomer who had no issues with our Rabies...
