We had a birthday party here last week. Kids had lots of fun in the two arenas. The arenas seem clean and our party room was nice and neat.

What I am not impressed with is the staff and quality of service. Our party total including food comes up close to a grand. I was expecting a host to be there with us in the party room for the 50min we were there. But all she did was cut one cake and disappeared. I had to go get her twice, one for cutting another cake, one for cleaning up a spill. Both times she was sitting by the front desk playing on her cell phone. And she was there only to do the minimal that I asked for then disappeared again. I ended up serving drinks to the kids and basically filled in on a job that I thought was hers. Was I wrong for expecting her to be there the entire 50min?!

We also paid for party pictures and videos. I would say, save your $30 and don’t bother with this one. The gal was in each arena for like two minutes at best, took a bunch of super blurry pictures with her phone and mashed them up in a video with music background. I could’ve done way better myself.

And they had the audacity to ask for tips when I checked out. This took me by surprise so I gave 5% tip, which was still a lot given the one grand total. I now regret this. If I had time to think it through I would not have tipped. So here is a heads up for others - know that they’ll ask for tips at the end!

What made me feel even less appreciated, happened after the party. I called later that day and spoke to a manager to express my dissatisfaction, was told this was not acceptable. She would talk to others and get back to me in a day or two. Guess what, it’s been 10 days. My conscience is clear as I leave this less than...

We booked this facility for a birthday party with 50 guests, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a children’s event venue.

First, no one bothered to communicate upfront that there was no functioning AC in the party room where we were supposed to gather to sing happy birthday. With so many people, the temperature was absolutely unbearable. Walking into the room was like stepping into a sauna—an awful surprise that immediately soured the mood for both kids and adults.

To make matters worse, once the issue became clear, the staff showed zero care or urgency. They didn’t provide basic accommodations like water unless we asked repeatedly. Even then, their attitude was dismissive, as if suffocating heat and visible discomfort from guests was somehow normal or acceptable. At no point did anyone attempt to help make the environment more tolerable, nor did they acknowledge the situation or apologize.

With the absurdly high temperature, clear lack of preparation, and staff who acted indifferent to our concerns, this facility completely failed to deliver on the most basic expectations of comfort and hospitality. It was not only unprofessional but disrespectful to the guests who attended and to the hosts who paid for the service.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone planning a birthday party. If you care about your guests’ comfort and having a positive experience, avoid this...

Absolutely appalled at the state of this place. The facility was absolutely filthy—dust, cobwebs, and broken equipment everywhere. The inflatable basketball trampoline was literally split at the seams, and multiple kids actually got CUT from the exposed areas. How is that even allowed?

To make matters worse, there was a massive industrial fan placed on the floor with wide gaps in the guard, right at kid-level. What happens if a toddler puts their fingers in there? Terrifying. The air hockey table was rusting and falling apart, another injury risk just waiting to happen.

And after all this, they had the audacity to make us sign a waiver at the door saying they’re “not responsible” if our kids get hurt. With so many obvious safety hazards, that feels like an absolute joke.

Finally, the “birthday picture” they took was careless and half-hearted—the birthday child wasn’t even properly in it. The entire experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will absolutely be escalating this to the authorities. Parents, please think twice before bringing your children here. This isn’t just a bad party spot, it’s a safety hazard. Would give a negative star if I could, I am super sad coz I really like...

This place definitely has a good balance between the room sizes. The first room has three bounce House. Our kids injured probably the most on the ball hopping. Air hockey as well in the first room. The second room has a very big slide kids and adult enjoyed this a lot. Also there is a rock climbing wall which is good for the kids I suggest that adults should not be climbing this since it's very easy even for the kids. That is a bouncy basketball nets in this room as well but I guess everybody was so much enjoying the big slide so nobody paid too much attention to this. their party room size is good enough for probably I would say 40 people if you have more than that then it's not good. overall it was a very fun for the kids and I would suggest that you can book parties here.

Great place for children to throw a birthday party . They also have regular non-party play days . Ideal for age levels up to 8-9 . They have various party packages to choose from or customize your own . Staff seems to be doing what they are best at nothing exceptional . There are restrictions to food items you are allowed if you are throwing a party . The party menu is available online .The time limit is just about ok for everyone to enjoy the play arenas , cut the cake , get food into their mouth and get going . They have staff monitoring safety and guiding all kids to arena 1 and 2 and also a staff for party room .Come wearing your own socks or buy at extra $ at the front desk . Signing the disclaimer is mandatory once you check in . The venue is clean and well equipped .

Very organized, and fun for the kids! All presents go into a large dedicated rolling bin as you enter. Then you go to the first fun room. Cubbies for shoes, benches for sitting. After a while, you move into a different fun room. This one has the balloon drop, and hurricane booth. Lastly you move into the party room for cake and pizza. Two long bench tables, one for adults and the other for adults. 3 or 4 employees help and supervise everything! From serving to cleaning up. They also photograph everything for you! Uploaded to a web site for all guests with a code to see. Fun with little hassle for the parents! Vending machines and the front desk sells stuff.
