My husband and I were passing through Plymouth on our way home from a day trip and decided to stop in the downtown to get something to eat for dinner. We got the shrimp appetizer and it was really good. The one thing I would say about it is that there was too much sauce for the amount of shrimp and bread they gave. For me, it was perfectly sweet with the right amount of heat. My husband said it was good but a little too sweet for him. He might not have tasted the heat as he has a high heat tolerance. For dinner, I got the whitefish, and it was good. We both felt the sauce should have been under the fish and had the nice fish on top of it instead of basically hiding the fish taste in sauce. The mashed potatoes were okay. Maybe could have been seasoned a little bit more. As for the vegetable, it was steamed broccoli. I like broccoli, but it could have used some seasoning. Maybe sauted in a pan with some olive oil and herbs instead of bland steamed broccoli. I had leftovers and will be seasoning them when I finish it. My husband got the steak frites, and he got the mushrooms from another dish instead of the broccoli. He got his steak medium rare (more on the rare side), and when he got it, it was more on the medium side. He still ate it and didn't bother saying anything. Sometimes it's just a waste of food to do that. He said it tastes okay otherwise. The fries were good, and all fries should be done with the skin on. They taste the best with the skin and there are nutrients there. I had a couple of the strawberry mocktail that was on the website menu and it was really good. All...

Food is VERY good but the service is bad. I've been there about 9 times now and have never seen a manager anywhere in the restaurant. Servers aren't rude or anything they just are too busy and don't seem to care about their tables. It seems like there are no set sections that they just rotate tables. Which would be fine IF they didn't have tables inside and outside. Today we sat for fifteen mins while three servers walked by us and didn't say a word. Finally my husband went up to the host stand and asked them to send someone to us. Server finally showed up five mins later. Didn't acknowledge that no one has seen us for twenty mins. Took our drink order and ran away before we could order our app. Server barely came to check on us and would make eye contact and walk in the complete opposite direction. The girls at the host stand and the food runners/bussers are what keeps that place moving. We never saw servers walking with anything in their hands at all but saw those people running food, cleaning tables, helping guest. When our server actually did bring our app she said "Your salad is sitting there too if you want it" ... like yeah please bring it before it dies in the window. Seems like they need better training for front of house staff. Kitchen does GREAT and the food is what keeps me coming back but know you should probably show up an hour before you're really hungry since you're going to sit for 30 mins with no help 95%...

Atmosphere nice, drinks decent, I got the butterfly kisses (unique and colorful, fiance got a smoked bourban, I'm not sure how they create the smoke but it tasted... Fake? Is it coming out of a smoke machine or something? It was just different from what we get at like speakeasy type places. I wasn't impressed with the mini burgers/Sliders we got. They looked pretty but were quite dry and lacking in solid flavor. If it had aoili, I don't expect dry buns and meat, I expect to taste the same the flavor of the sauce right? We got the angry chicken (dry and spice over powered flavor), the chicken n waffle ( dry, little flavor, but was improved when I requested extra of the maple syrup they use for it) and the fish slider, (best of the 3 in flavor, still dry, didn't taste much of the fish, mostly bread and breading) hostess nice, waitress nice (but then told us she was "cut" and we'd be getting a new waitress, who was also nice and accommodating to my request for extra saucy stuff. I don't usually make any complaints and will usually just suffer through a meal even if I don't like it. I'm glad I asked, it improved the experience and she was tipped well for her...
