I've gone four times hoping to find a new hair stylist. The first two times I was pleased with the outcome. So on my third trip in, I anticipated a good outcome, I thought I had found the stylist that fit my need. Unfortunately my previous hair stylist had made a change in her career and decided to teach cosmetology instead, so finding a fit for myself was a journey of chance. Well. . . on my third visit I anticipated a good outcome, but was disappointed. I gave the benefit of the doubt and after months of deliberation I went back a fourth time. It was a disastrous outcome. Everything I requested was completely ignored. I walked out with one of the worst hair cuts and color I have received in decades. I had gone through this type of lack in professionalism in my twenties, I certainly do not want this in my fifties. Maybe the person who did my hair is good for others, but he is not a fit for me. I will not...

Called first..they don't answer phone voice mail says during covid-19 they can't answer.do just come in. I walked over from another store I was shopping at..needed a eye brow wax..after waiting in holding area. I was asked what did I want from a male stylist that didn't even get up..from his client chair..I said I needed eyebrow wax ..he said do you have an appointment ? For a eye brow wax? I said no it's walk in service..then this unprofessional stylist said I'm well no we are not doing them and those services during covid-19 ,I said well I have had it done at my usual salon..but was going by and walked in like sign says...They should take down walk ins welcome sign..if they are so picky..about services they will perform..very unprofessional rude and I suggest never use...

I absolutely love this place and the ladies there. I've had my hair dyed twice (loved it) each time. The cut was great, as well, they styled my wedding hair and my bridesmaids, flower girl & mother/mother in-law we looked fabulous. They keep the conversation going they're so kind. Basically I have a forever place to go and I trust them to the fullest. I recommend...
