If I could give this store a zero I would. We drove 3hrs to purchase BAGS not one multiple. Checked out separately we were all given all the incorrect items. Then was told by m anagement "I apologize for the mistake, this happens a lot" A mistake is once maybe twice a lot is incompetent & inefficient🤷♀️ Then at first the store was NOT even willing to compensate us for their negligence for the correct items. After contacting Corporate & several calls later offered a small discount for our correct items. I was told one thing by one person given another by someone else. To Heather's defense she just did was she was told. What once was my favorite company to shop, they will never receive my business again. First the company needs to ALWAYS have an EXCELLENT Customer Service department (an actual human) available to speak with customers. Customers should NEVER be told we can not speak with Corporate. It is unethical, unprofessional & disrespectful to the people who keep your company in business. The end result was me just saying do what ever he said so I can just be done with this entire process. The resolution should never take that long (a month). Should never be that difficult. The customer should never be made to feel like their the inconvenience. Read moreOnce a year we come and get over 8 bags in one shopping for our trip to Mexico for family . Then come every so often. Today I left feeling like my family and I werent worth anything. They seen we were holding bags to buy for that yearly trip we take to Mexico at 7:40 pm the young man approached us and asked if we were paying with cash or card . I said cash. He said we needed to head to the cash register before his manager shuts it down. We headed straight to the cashier only for her to tell us that she closed it and couldn't help us. We were upset and angry because no time was given and we weren't told before. She proceeded to say she did tell everybody . Not once did she approach us. We weren't given 2 mins to check out after being told. Last time I was aware that the cashier closes their register once all cash costumers are taken or when there is no longer people in the store . Read moreMy one star review is not for Michael Kors itself but for this store and store manager in particular. I am a Michael Kors regular. The manager (CT) refused to replace my bag under warranty claiming my bag was damaged due to my use of the bag rather than the bag not holding its value. Michael Kors corporate took my complaint and resolved my issue after I sent them proof of the bag and receipt. It would have been easier to replace my bag at the store as I intended but the mistreatment from employees and the store manager… left me having to go through the process online. I was happy about keeping my old bag because I will fix it somehow but if you have an issue take it to corporate not the store or you’ll end up calling them anyway. CT told me not to shop at Michael Kors but I will because they are not the problem…he is. Customer service skills are important especially holding a managers position in a high end business and by the looks of the reviews along with my own experience, Michael Kors needs to adjust the management...
