It was necessary for me two days ago to call your emergency department at Dasco for the third time. Nick Lucas brought different oxygen equipment at each call but my original machine and the two Nick brought on different days all stopped working and/or sounded alarms. My doctor has ordered oxygen 24/7, so I was becoming very anxious at being without due to the machines. Nick's last visit, two days ago, supplied me with yet another machine and I must say that he is concerned andd answered all my questions. I give him the highest rating you have. Thank you for having someone at your office 800 number to take care of situations like mine. I can't tell you how much better I felt just having that oxygen machine working properly and supplying oxygen according to my needs. He was very patient while I asked what seemed to be 100 questions. He was very professional and made sure I understood how to operate the equipment as well as providing contact numbers in the event of emergent need of assistance. After i did the automated order, it said i had to talk to customer service to schedule a delivery. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Delivery was scheduled for 4 days later (oxygen tanks and canulas) On the day of delivery the driver made it to my house at 8 PM. The canulas never made it to the invoice. The driver, Chris Price, was wonderful. He was apologizing and courteous and very helpful. If I could give Chris 5 stars here, I would. DASCO took over for Adena and the experience has been very disappointing, frustrating and I no longer feel like I matter...
